Tengen and his wives grew old together and passed. Tengen never feared death but he didnt know what to expect. He didnt expect to be greeted by his family when he had reached the end. (Same way Ruka showed up) One of his younger siblings who didnt make it to ten was there to help him pass. When he did pass, he went first. Then Hina and Makio. Then Suma.
However he had closure that he would see them again when he got to be reunited with his siblings. All but one. And he seen his mother again too. Since he never reincarnated he spends eternity with them. Eventually seeing his wives again too.
