Chapter 1

Hi I'm Crystal I'm a senior in Highschool and trust me it's not easy but I do well overall me and my best friend in the whole world Rose go to school together we have been together since we were in diapers we both are on the honor roll and top of our classes oh here she comes...BAM she slams her locker as always "hey bestie"  she says "oh hey Rosie dear" "we still on for prom dress shopping at six?" shit I forgot I always forget I nod my head in approval "you okay Crystal you don't look so hot you feel sick? if you are back off I can't get sick I still have to ask Eric to prom!" "no no I'm not sick I just kinda forgot about prom dress shopping is all" "girl you gotta be kidding we talked about it earlier my god your so forgetful did you even ask no-"  "let me cut you off right there Noah is the most popular boy in school he won't notice me are you fucking crazy" "well um now's your chance cause he's coming our way" I turn my head to see Noah coming our way he has roses in hand I look around no one's here but us he may be heading to the gym to ask Rachel the most popular girl in the school the "queen bee" people like to say "hey Crystal" the hell Noah's talking to me "oh um hi Noah" I say in a shy tone "I wanted to ask you something" I look for my friend she's talking with Eric they are hugging she has flowers in hand I can see she now has a prom date "so I was wanting to ask you something" "oh OK Noah go ahead" "well I wanted you to go to prom with me and I wanna take you out to dinner say Friday" SHIT tomorrow's Friday oh my god what do I say "yes Noah I would love to" phew I got a sentence out he share a long hug and he goes to class we follow soon the day ended and I went home and got ready to go prom dress shopping PING I go to check my phone "hi cutie" the message reads "who's this how did you get my number" "it's Noah I asked Rose for your number" of course she gave out my number she always does "oh OK lol I'll see you on Friday" "what time do I pick you up cutie" "8:00 maybe I'll be ready then" ok then see ya then 😏"  a smirking emoji what does that mean I'll send one back to be cute "can't wait  💖" I check the time in a hurry it's 5:30 "MOM DAD IM GOING TO THE MALL ILL BE BACK IN A FEW HOURS LOVE YOU" they both shout "OK LOVE YOU THERE'S 500 ON THE TABLE FOR YOU" I grab the money and my keys in a hurry and run out the door I get in my car and drive to the mall when I get there rose is waiting in her car "oh hey there you are wanna go to the snack bar before or after shopping?" she asks me "hmm I don't know why not both" I giggle and we go in we stop by the little pizzeria in the mall we get a large pepperoni with black olives our favorite since kindergarten we always eat here when we come to the mall "OK let's go look at dresses now" I say with a chuckle we go to the best shop in the store "you wanna go first or do I" she says "hmm you go first" she goes around the store while I find a chair to sit in she goes to the fitting room while I drag in a chair she comes out wearing a short yellow dress with white lace "so how's this one" she asks me "it ok if you wanna look like the sun on raisin bran" she goes back in the fitting room and comes back out wearing a puffy pink dress "you look like pinky pie get back in there" then after five more awful dresses later she found the one it was a long white puffy dress with sequins on the top she looked perfect in it I saw my perfect dress when we walked in I ran toward it and snatched it right of the rack it was black at the top with black sequins and glitter and as the dress went down it was blue it was the short one I loved it I tried it on it was just my size I stepped out of the fitting room "CRYSTAL IT LOOKS SOOOOOO CUTE ON YOU BUY IT" we went to the register and payed for our dresses and then we got shoes and all the thing we needed for prom "well well well what do we have here" he turn to see Rachel and her Posie with her as always "what are you two doing her don't rats live in holes" she says  "chill out Rachel we are buying prom dresses" I say "well have fun looking cause of your broke ass" now I'm getting mad then she looked In her bag and pulled out her dress smelled it and made a face "EWWWW reaks of poor people" then she threw he dress I was so mad I yelled "LISTEN HERE YOU MALIBU BARBIE BITCH GO OVER THERE AND PICK MY FRIENDS DRESS UP NOW!" she refused and slapped my friend with dollar bills I punched  her right in the face she was bleeding from her nose and mouth I felt awful she was crying and then she walked over picked up roses dress and put it in her bag and left the mall rose hugged me and thanks me for defending her we ended up having a sleepover "rose hey I found a face mask come here" we applied it then a hour later washed it "crystal" "yes" can I borrow some pajamas I kinda forgot mine" "ya go ahead you know I keep some in your size in my drawers" "that's why you my bestie" "I'm so glad we have Friday off" I say "why you love school" "well....Noah asked me on a date so I can get ready" "AND YOU DIDNT TELL ME EEEK THIS IS HUGE" "ok ok you can help me get ready" "YES I have the perfect thing but I'm so tired" we fell asleep and woke up at 9:00 and we at food and played games all day then got ready for my date with Noah *knock knock knock* I run downstairs in my short tight red dress and open the door "hey Noah" "hey you look hot" we left to dinner and it was amazing "this place is amazing Noah how on earth are we gonna pay or this" "my uncle is the owner he gave me a good deal" "oh wow that's amazing" ya do you know what you wanna order?" "umm well I was thinking the steak with potatoes he hear it's amazing" "oh trust me it is I'm gonna get the chicken" "sounds yummy" "oh yes it is but it can't beat the steak your gonna eat good" soon the waiter came to take our orders really fast and kind service when we got our food I just had to close my eyes and savor each bit Noah even let me have a bit of chicken after we ate we got dessert "we will have the triple chocolate cheese cake with strawberry sauce" that was the best cheesecake I had ever tasted in my life it was creamy and chocolaty with strawberry drizzle best thing ever after me and Noah caught a movie and we drove around before he took me home he told me tomorrow I would get a surprise before we went to prom I can't wait
