A/N: Heyyyy, I'm back with another chapter!!!!! *Does celebration dance*.... anyway now we are on to the training!!! YAY!!! FUN!!! so this is where Clove shows off her knife skills, she NEVER misses.

~Clove's P.O.V~ (Ciara)
It was early when I woke up, I couldn't wait to get down to training. I changed into the clothes supplied for us, courtesy of the Capitol. They were grey with black and red shoulder cap sleeves. I messed around with my hair until I was happy with it and I raced out of the room to get breakfast.
Training was where we get to show off our skills to the other tributes, and hopefully scare them. I couldn't wait.
Once we were finished breakfast, myself and Cato were to meet the District 1 careers in the training centre so we made our way to the elevator and Cato pressed the 'TC' button and the elevator started to move downwards.
The elevator door opened and I stepped out into my idea of paradise. There were different stations with every weapon imaginable, archery, spear throwing, swords, knives, and axes. There were also survival stations but only the outlining districts pay attention to them. I saw climbing ropes and monkey bars. In the corner were District 1 Marvel and Glimmer. Cato went over to them straight away and started to flirt with Glimmer. I never liked District 1, they are so petty and obnoxious.
Other tributes started to appear and we were given a talk about the training. I smiled smugly at Katniss during the talk and I saw her look down and look back up, smiling. This confused me greatly. After the talk was finished, the tributes dispersed.
Cato was at the sword station showing off to Glimmer but she wasn't paying him any attention, she was gazing over at the plant matching station. I followed her gaze and my eyes landed on the female tribute from District 5, from the reapings I know that her name was Finch, or the nickname everyone was giving her, Foxface. I looked back at Glimmer and she was still staring at the girl.'Looks like she already has a crush on someone, Cato is going to be so mad. 'I'll make sure to tease her about that later.' I thought with a smirk.
I decided to go to the station that I was most excited about, the knives. I was surprised when Katniss joined the line behind me, but strangely it also excited me. I grabbed three knives from the tray and smirked, 'Time to shine' I thought. I turned around when the targets moved into position. I wiped the smirk of my face as I concentrated, the target on the far left lit up first and with one throw the knife landed straight in the bullseye with a satisfying thunk. The target on the far right lit up and I threw it at the head and it landed in the bullseye. The middle one lit up and for this one I did a little spin and threw it at the heart and it landed in the bullseye. I smiled smugly and turned around to see the other tributes terrified faces, well all except one, Katniss had a blank look on her face but I saw her hands shake.
I snorted at her and walked over to Cato, who was staring at Glimmer fire an arrow, Finch was also staring from across the room. Marvel was throwing spears beside her.
"Looks like most of the tributes are shaking thanks to you."Cato said to me, I smirked,
"My pleasure, they won't be shaking for long in the arena before my knife finds their chest." I replied confidently.
"You got that right." Glimmer said as she walked over to us, Marvel following behind her.
We watched as the other tributes struggled to make their way through different stations. We watched Peeta attempt the monkey bars but he fell and hurt his ankle. The rest of the Careers and I started to laugh and snigger at him, he is an easy target. Suddenly Katniss walked over to him and whispered something to him. They both glanced in our direction and Peeta nodded and got up, he walked over to the heaviest metal ball and picked it up. I folded my arms and smiled smugly, there is no way he would be able to throw that, but he did. Peeta swung the ball back and threw it full force at a rack of spears. The rack flew back from the impact and a few of the spears clattered to the floor.
Glimmer jumped back a bit and my smile turned into a glare. "Okay." Cato said and he walked off to somewhere else. I looked over to Katniss who was smirking at me, I shot her a hard glare and a walked over to the fire starting station. 'I swear, I will be the one to kill her.' I thought.
Finally training came to an end and Glimmer and I were the last ones left,
"I saw you staring at Foxface earlier." I said and I nudged her with my elbow, Glimmer glared at me, "Her name is Finch." She replied.
"Ohhh touchy subject." I teased.
"Shut up, anyway what about you? Don't you have anyone to stare at." She asked and for some strange reason, Katniss came to mind but I quickly shook it off.
"Nope"I replied. We were in the elevator at this stage and Glimmer pressed the button for one and two.
The elevator rose, "I don't believe you, don't you like Cato?"Glimmer asked, if only she knew that Cato likes her. "No, first off that's gross, second I hate him." I replied. The doors opened on the first floor and Glimmer walked out before she added, "Don't tell anyone." I simply nodded and folded my arms. The doors closed again and I was left to my thoughts. Only a few days left, I can't wait.
