My Dark Lady,

I believe Dumbledore knows what i am, well, what i am to you specifically. One of your special guard. Mcgonnagal has taken over as a stand-in Headmaster, and has been keeping a close tab on me.

I've been listening to the Professors' thoughts, their all taking notes on my appearance and skills in spells. I know their reporting to her. And in turn, ireporting to him.

On another note, the dissolve of our courting ruse has caused quite a stir in the Dungeons. The amount of women that have been accosting me is appalling.

Tell Pandora my letters have been charmed free of nargles, so i require a response from her soon.

With love and utmost respect,
Your obedient servant,
Regulus A. Black.

Adira received Regulus' letter in the middle of February. She almost laughed at Regulus' turmoil over the female students of Hogwarts vying for his hand. Regulus only ever had eyes for two women in his life. Adira Riddle and Pandora Lestrange.

Of course, he'd had his fair share of affairs through his Hogwarts years aside from Adira. Men and women alike. All one night stands that meant nothing.

Adira was his rock, his protector. But Pandora... Pandora was his light.

Her family always misunderstood her and her dreamy ways. Having a Seer in the family was already scary, but a Seer able to see things decades in advance was terrifying.

Regulus only knew the dark side of life. Pandora showed him the sun. And now, he saw it in every strand of her blonde hair. A beam that lit his darkened path.

He'd never admit it, but Regulus was smitten for Pandora. Adira knew it, even if the Spare Heir never said it aloud.

Being the second heir that he was, the need for him to marry and sire heirs wasn't as impertinent as it was for Sirius. Though it would be required in years to come.

Regulus was alone at Hogwarts, all of his friends having graduated either last year or the year before. This new loneliness caused Regulus to constantly look forward to the letters they sent. Pandora had been lacking in this recently as she thought Nargles were stealing the letters and cursing them before they made it to her doorstep.

But, with Adira's assurance, She began to send more letters once more.

My Dearest Brightest Star,

I'm glad to hear you've cleared up the Nargle issue. Pesky little things, truly.

Wedding planning is going splendidly, though our Dark Lady isn't of much help. She is only attempting to deny what i know was fated.
