AUBREY

It was another day at Hogwarts, but no different to Yesterday, boring, exhausting and repetitive. Sometimes I felt like a learned nothing at my years in Hogwarts, which was sort of true, my life before Hogwarts was exhilarating, exciting though sometimes dark and scary, but now most days in class I would find my self lost in my thoughts only dreaming of being back there. Because In reality Hogwarts was no fun for me, the young witches and wizards would only dream of coming to Hogwarts but besides the magic it was just a School, a School that decided what people thought of you for the rest of your life in a Day by only putting you in a House group. But as per usual these thoughts where interrupted in the Great hall by my "friend" Pansy Parkinson.

"Aubrey.. Aubrey! Where you listening?." Pansy said with a worried look on her face

"What is it pansy? Why do you look so worried?." I said confused

"There's a new student!." She said as she slapped my arm but her worried face was beginning to look like it was slowly turning into fear

"Ow.. wait Who?." I said confused

Before pansy could reply everyone turned there heads to the end of the great hall as the doors "Screeched" and "Squeaked" as they where pulled and hooked back by Argus Finch who was the care taker of Hogwarts. All of a sudden in walked this Tall, Pale teenage boy, he had Perfect Curly Brown hair and Deep Brown eyes. I found myself staring into them almost getting lost.
All of a sudden Dumbledore starts speaking which takes my attention away from him

"Welcome Mr Riddle!, take a seat!." Dumbledore said with a smirk on his face

I turned my head quickly back to the Brown haired boy and a smirk grew on my face as I then turned to pansy

"Finally..a bit of fun." I said smirking at her

"No Aubrey! He's a riddle you can't hang around with him." She said looking worried

"Don't worry pansy, I just want a bit of fun I'm sure he's harmless this schools boring anyway don't you want some fun?." I said still giving her a mischievous look

"If I say you can't will you still do it?." She said knowing she wouldn't convince me

"We'll... yeah, probably." I said giving her a small smirk

"We'll then do it, if I can't stop you, you may as well, but don't say I didn't tell you not too.." she said looking annoyed

I let out a small giggle knowing that this year would be so much better than the others now someone like a Riddle had arrived, Riddles are powerful, mischievous sometimes even evil and overall quite similar to mine. I say sometimes because even though the new boys a riddle and his dad is the dark lord, not everyone is like there parents including me, I've always hated when adults assumed I was like my parents so why would I do the same to someone else. Other people my age never assumed such things because I had never opened up about my past and I don't plan on it either, but annoyingly any adults associated with me are told by the ministry.

As I was about to Start eating again Professor McGonagall came walking over to me I assumed that she was just walking by but I was proven wrong as she grabbed a hold of my arm and dragged me down the Great hall. As we where reaching the end of the slytherin table I asked her,
