Chapter 1 - Who.. Are.. You..??

Noeul started walking towards the front door. Then only he realized it's really hard to carry the luggage by herself.

"Aigooo uri Peat hyeong.. dongsaeng really wish I had your help to carry those heavy things.."

He mumbled to himself again. Peat hyeong was the first and last friend he got after he moved to Bangkok. Hyeong helped him to get adapted to the city. And hyeong was the first one to approach him when he got the bad news from the hospital. When he told hyeong about his sudden move out, he helped him packing. Also he promised him that he will visit him soon. But who knows when?

After finally reaching the front door, he looked for the keys in his front pocket.

Found ya!! He put the key and unlocked the door. With hesitation he pushed the door knob.. There's nothing much than the couch and few more furniture they left when they moved out to Bangkok. They are also covered with white sheets and appeared like ghosts to Noeul now.. "let's start working Noeul!! You can't stay like this" he mumbled again.. and chuckled.. "I'm even talking to myself now.. why did you leave me alone in this world omma.." he sighed softly!

Boss tried to take a peek at the next-door.. it's been awhile since Noeul went inside and he felt so curious of what he'll be doing right now. He had to make an effort to stop himself from running towards and bang on the next-door so that finally he can hug him and say "welcome back!" But he couldn't scare him. It might make him leave again. And who knows if he is the same old Noeul he used to know.. Let's take things slowly! He muttered to himself.

Then only it reminds him about Maa. He quickly followed the steps downwards and went to his next door while murmering ~'Despasito'~

Maa Chen lives two houses next to Noeul. But knowing his personality, Boss knew that he would help Noeul feel welcomed. He knocked on the door. Maa opened the door with a bright smile on his face.. He was wearing the apron and Boss could smell the cookies baking in the oven..

"What is it Chaikamon..?? Why did you rush in at this hour? Didn't you go to the bar today? Are you not feeling well???" Maa asked with a worried expression on his face.

Boss chuckled! "Maa!! One question at a time please.. can't you see that I am perfectly fine?" He asked with a smile on his face.

"Oh.. yeah I can see that! You look extra happy today. So what is it? Tell me quickly, I got work to do! The cookies might get burned." He said while turning back to look at the kitchen.

"Haha.. Arasso Bian!! I came here to inform you that we got a new neighbour! Maybe that little guy will be happy to eat your sweet cookies after the long journey he had."

Boss didn't know why he didn't want to tell Maa that he knows Noeul. He just didn't.

Maa's face started to bloom like a flower..

"Jeongmal?? We got a new neighbour? That's really great.. and wait! Did you just say 'Little guy' ??"

He started laughing out loud.. "No wonder you came here running.. is he that cute Chaikamon-ssi??" He asked thinking to tease Boss.

"Aishhh Maa.. you can see for yourself." He replied with a smile he couldn't help forming..

"I'm going back then. I will go to the bar later in the evening. See you later Maa. Gumawo! Jeongmal gumawo!!" And he hugged him while saying that..

"Aish this boy. Can't you see that I'm covered with flour? Go away!" He slapped Boss on his arm and smiled again..

While watching Boss runs back to his house, Maa was thinking silently who could be this amazing little guy that made Boss act like a teenager..
