As Thraak and Lokton landed in the Mos Eisley Spaceport, they noticed all the things Dengar had said about Tatooine lately. It was once a hive of scum and villainy and now it was a hive of scum and villainy with the addition of Imperial Sandtroopers. Thraak was overwhelmed. He had never seen this many people in one city before, it was terrifying almost, especially with the things his father said about it in the back of his mind. "Turn around once, you'll be robbed. Turn back around, you'll be shot." Quanos always said. So why did Thraak feel so scared, yet so natural? Was it maybe he had better social skills than his father, even though being isolated on a remote planet his whole life, or was it the fact he felt safe with Lokton? Thraak didn't want to squander any time pondering it. He was ready to see the all the city had to offer. But Lokton had different ideas. "Come, master Thraak. We must not waste time. We must reach Greedo at the Mos Eisley Cantina so I can take a bounty hunting job and bring you home to Voss." Lokton said rather urgently. "What?! You're taking me home right after this? I thought I was gone for good! I'm not going back to Voss!" Thraak shouted at Lokton. "You're going to take me places! I don't want to be cooped up in the rusty factory because of my father's irrational fear of anything that has a blaster!" Knowing this now, Thraak knew Lokton would not disobey his father's orders. So he thought of something else. "Hey Lokton, what were my father's orders anyways?" Thraak asked with a smirk. "Master Quanos wishes you be brought back alive." Lokton replied. "Well, that's great! You can bring me to all kinds of planets, we just have to stay out of trouble if we can! Then I'll be able to go home to see father for a while, and maybe he'll change his mind on me staying on Voss forever! Maybe he'll let me go on bounty hunting missions with y-" Lokton interrupted his enthusiasm with a cold reply. "Master Thraak must not become a bounty hunter. Master Thraak must stay on Voss."
Feeling a lot less enthusiastic about Mos Eisley, Thraak continued on with Lokton to the Mos Eisley Cantina. As they entered, they heard a shout. "HEY! NO DROIDS! WE DON'T SERVE YOUR KIND!" The bartender yelled. "We don't mean any trouble, this is my friend Lokton, he'd like to speak with Greedo." Thraak said very nervously. The last thing Thraak wanted was to start something that would lead to a gunfight. As Lokton approached Greedo, he noticed he was sitting with someone. Promptly then, a blast was heard directly in front of Lokton. The man Greedo was sitting with had shot him and ran. Lokton was bent on reaching the man who had shot his business partner. Running after him, Thraak struggled to keep up. "Calm down, Lokton. It was probably an accident. Even so, doesn't this stuff happen all the time here?" Thraak reasoned to him frantically. Thraak was running out of ideas, and he saw a few Sandtroopers chasing them. For a moment, Thraak's heart stopped. "HEY, YOU TWO! STOP RIGHT THERE!" One of the Sandtroopers yelled. But Lokton kept running, so Thraak had to. "Alright, blast them!" The Captain of the Sandtroopers yelled once more. This was it. Thraak knew he only had another second to live.
Thraak was shoved on the ground, barely missing a bullet heading right at him. He looked up to see Lokton blast all 9 Sandtroopers without getting hit. Lokton looked down at Thraak. "I have endangered master Thraak. We must escape the area before more Imperial Sandtroopers arrive." Lokton said, with a hint of distress in his voice. Lokton grabbed Thraak and led him around corners and in alleys. "Where are we going?" Thraak yelled at Lokton, sounding alarmed. "We are going to the Mos Eisley Spaceport. These are shortcuts to evade Imperial Sandtroopers." Lokton replied. Thraak had only now noticed that Lokton had one hand on his wrist, and one had one a blaster pistol. This both unnerved and relieved Thraak. Relieved Lokton was prepared to protect him, unnerved on how ready Lokton was to kill someone, especially since he is just a modified and reprogrammed medical droid. And after all, it isn't like he has mercy urges found in actual living things.
As they arrived the Spaceport, Lokton stopped dead in his tracks. The Spaceport was crawling with Sandtroopers. But in one instant, all went to one section, blasters ready. Taking a look, Lokton found 3 humans, 2 droids and a wookiee attempting to fight off the Imperial Sandtroopers and escape. And one of these humans was the man who shot Greedo. His first instinct was to go after the man, but thought of his orders by Quanos. He fought off all temptation and made his way to his ARC with Thraak. Until he heard yet another yell. "Hey, those two are the ones who killed 9 Sandtroopers! Blast them!" Lokton looked to see a whole brigade of Imperial Sandtroopers running towards the ARC and blasting it. Quickly, Lokton shut the cockpit and flew off with into space, anywhere but here. Once he made it through the atmosphere, he thought they were in the clear. He didn't know someone else was behind him, following him into space.
