Story born from a "pause game" on tik tok and co-written by two (pretty average) girls.
The relationships between the various characters were chosen randomly, we just enjoyed working on them :)
As many of you already know, this story was originally published in italian so keep in mind that ENGLISH IS NOT OUR FIRST LANGUAGE: excuse us if you'll find some grammatical errors and, please, report them to us so we can improve our traslation ☆

This ff will be set in the GOT universe, we cannot report all the possible tw's here because it would spoil the plot however we would like to specify immediately that traumatic events will be described in this story (full of blood and other unpleasant things) ergo, if you felt discomfort in witnessing certain scenes of GOT or HOTD (such as Aemma's childbirth) then WE DO NOT RECOMMEND to continue reading.
The same goes for issues such as incest or explicit scenes involving minors.
Our advice (which is what we also did when writing it) is to approach this story keeping in mind two things:
• The context in which we find ourselves (a fantasy world with a medieval setting);
• The fact that it's all pure literary fiction.
We have tried to follow as much as possible the imprint that G.R.R. Martin has given in his books, but we did make some changes to put ourselves a little more at ease.
There are some clarifications to be made in this regard.
We have decided to change the birthdays of most of the characters and the dates of some events accordingly. Here are the most significant adjustments:
• Birth of Aegon II Targaryen: 105 AC (instead of 107 AC);
• Birth of Helaena Targaryen: 107 AC (instead of 109 AC);
• Birth of Aemond Targaryen: 108 AC (instead of 110 AC);
• War of the Stepstones (waged by Daemon Targaryen): 104-107 AC (instead of 106-109 AC);
• Return of Daemon to Westeros: 108 AC (instead of 111 AC);
• Birth of Jacaerys Velaryon: 112 AC (instead of 114 AC);
• Birth of Lucerys Velaryon: 113 AC (instead of 115 AC);
• Birth of Baela and Rhaena Targaryen: 114 AC (instead of 116 AC);
• Birth of Joffrey Velaryon: 115 AC (instead of 117 AC);
• Death of Rhea Royce: 113 AC (instead of 115 AC);
• Birth of Aegon III Targaryen: 124 AC (instead of 120 AC).
However, the date of Laena Velaryon's death (120 AC), Aegon and Helaena's marriage (122 AC), and Viserys I's death (129 AC) remain unchanged.
In short, the characters' birthdates have been pushed forward by 2 years (and consequently their parents' various marriages, although we didn't quote them all) and the same goes for the Stepstones War and Rhea Royce's death.
The same principle has been applied to other secondary characters who will appear later but whose names we cannot say now (SPOILER ;P) while for others we have adapted to what has been said in the series.
However, our advice is to read this story without focusing too much on the issue (otherwise you'll go crazy just like we did trying to make everything fit together).
We decided to make Aegon's character OoC for obvious reasons, so he's not a rapist but he's simply a womanizer with a wine habit.
Remember, everyone: stan Tom Glynn-Carney but hate the character ;)
Please note that this story WILL CONTAIN SPOILERS from both the series and the events reported in Fire and Blood (although, of course, we'll have to make some adjustments for the sake of the plot).
