'CHAEYEON, GO BACK TO THE HOUSE!' Chanyeol is immediately yelling at me through the pack link.

'This is my pack Chanyeol, I'll be damned if I don't protect them.'

'You are insufferable.'

I open up my link to all surrounding wolves 'where are they!'

'They just crossed the southern border, they split up, the wolves are tracking you, headed right for you!' An unknown wolf informs me

'I'm coming to you' Chanyeol voices 'You can't take on three wolves by yourself.'

I keep running, following the scent of foreign wolves. Chanyeol soon appears beside me, Yoongi appearing on my other side not long after. Before I know it Chaewon and Hyunwoo are also running with us. Our paws pound the dirt below us as we dodge trees and logs. I tip my head up and catch the scent of one wolf who is closer than the others and I head more east, back towards the compound.

We intercept the first wolf and I tackle him. We tumble through the trees, but I manage to stop myself, landing on all fours after we go over a fallen tree. The rogue wolf isn't so lucky, he slams into the base of a tree, yelping as he comes to a stop. Before he can get up, I'm standing above him, growling, my teeth bared.

He whimpers, knowing he's trapped and dead. I quickly bite down at his neck and pull up sharply, effectively snapping his neck. He let's out a quick yelp as I do, but goes limp in my jaws. I let him go and step back 'Go after the others, I want one of those blood suckers.'

I dart off and Chaewon and Yoongi chase after me, Chanyeol and Hyunwoo start to follow the scent of the other wolves. I follow the smell of death to one of our clearings where we find a vampire on the back of one of the Choi wolves. I growl, but Yoongi jumps over me before I can move and rips the vampire off the wolf's back, using his paws to hold its body down while he rips it's head clean off it's body. The woman screams when Yoongi claws her off the Choi wolf's back and tries to fight back, but Yoongi moves too quickly for her to do any damage.

As he drops the head I spot a male in one of the trees, and he is looking at Yoongi like he's going to kill him. I start to take off but the vampire drops down from the tree 'YOONGI!'

Luckily Yoongi smelled the vamp and ducks out of the way as I fly over him, grabbing the vamps head inbetween my teeth mid air and shaking him like a rag doll, successfully severing his head from his shoulders.

None of us smelled the third vamp and I yelp as my side is hit and I'm picked up by a hind leg and tossed into a small grouping of trees. All I can do is lay there and watch as Yoongi and Chaewon work together to take down this third one, my leg feels broken and my breathing is ragged. Once it's head is ripped off, both Chaewon and Yoongi shift back and run over to me. "I'm so sorry Chae, I couldn't smell him over the other two." A tear slides down Chaewon's cheek and all I can do is whimper.

"Can you shift back?" Yoongi asks

I shake my giant wolf head and Chaewon answers for me verbally "The amount of pain she's in, the pack doctor will have to sedate her in order for her to shift back."

"How are we going to get her back there, we can't carry her in our human forms and doing so as wolves would just hurt her more." Yoongi sounds completely distressed.

"I'll have to run back to the compound and get him. You stay here with her, I'll be back soon." Chaewon shifts into her wolf form and takes off.

Yoongi sits down next to my head and I lift my head, laying it back down in his lap. He chuckles and starts to pet my head "I'm sorry Chaeyeon. We should've seen and smelled him sooner."
