Nightmare

Katie's POV

I was sleeping on the sofa waiting for daddy to come home from his patrol.

Dreaming

I was walking in the sewers looking for daddy. It was pitch black I couldn't see a thing. I was scared and started crying
"D daddy where where are you?" I whimpered. No reply at all. Then I heard a loud bang and got even more scared.
"Daddy where are you?!" I screamed and ran forward. I started to feel something on my feet ,thicker then sewage water, and stopped. It got a little lighter and I looked down. I saw a red liquid on my feet it was blood! I got really scared and started crying
"Daddy daddy!" running forward. Then I tripped on something and fell on it. I looked down and saw a giant shell the colour of daddy's shell.
"D daddy," I stuttered and looked to the side. I saw daddy lifeless. Not moving at all. He had one of his katanas in his shell.
"Huh daddy, why are you lying on the floor?" I asked him. He didn't reply he just lay there.
"Daddy get up," I stuttered shaking his body. Why wasn't he moving? I started to get really scared.
"Daddy get up please," I cried. He still didn't reply
"Daddy please get up please I'm begging you daddy please!" I begged tears now rushing down my face. He was still lying there lifeless.
"Daddy come on we have to go home to uncle Raphie, uncle Donnie, uncle Mikey, Tank and granddad. And and you've gotta take care of me daddy," I cried "come on daddy," he still didn't move
"Daddy I wanna go home," I whimpered. Nothing. Not even a twitch.
"Daddy!" I cried. Then everything went black.

I woke up crying. I heard voices I heard... daddy. I got out of bed quickly and ran towards daddy's voice. I saw him near the entrance of home and cried
"Daddy!" I cried
"Huh sweetie what's the matter?" He asked. I ran up to him hugging his leg
"Daddy I don't want you to leave me," I whimpered crying into his leg "I don't want you to die. I love you,"
"Sweetie I'm not going to die and I'm not going to leave forever," he smiled picking me up and hugging me.
"T your daddy is one of the best ninjas I've ever known and leader," uncle Mikey smiled
"Yeah well maybe not the best but I don't get hurt that easily. I'm not going to die and I'll never leave you forever," daddy said "what made you think I'm going to die anyway?"
"I I had a nightmare," I stuttered
"Oh don't worry sweetie I'm fine," he smiled hugging me "and I'll always be here because I love you,"
"I love you to daddy,"
