The Mall

~Ring, ring, ringggg~

I move around in my bed, from right to left. Trying to ignore whoever it was that was calling me but they wouldn't quit so I reached over to my night stand to grab my phone. It was Sabrina.

"Hello"

"..hey"

"Were you still sleeping?"

"Yeah, Bri, it's Saturday"

"Yes but you were also supposed to meet me at the mall an HOUR ago!"

I instantly got out of bed.

"Oh my God! I'm so sorry"

"It's fine, you must've been tired. Just meet me here in fifteen minutes or else I'm leaving."

"No, I'll be there! No need to leave."

I ran between the bathroom and my
closet, trying to find a outfit and doing
stuff you do in a bathroom. Like brushing my teeth, washing face , makeup etc., Have I mentioned how stressful yet awesome it is getting ready when you're short on time. It's great because I'm able to get ready in a matter of minutes.

I arrived at the mall in ten minutes which gave me time to find Sabrina. Great at math, I know. I found her sitting in the mini Starbucks, oh how well I knew my best friend.

"Finally, you took so long I was starting to think you fell asleep or got into an accident or something."

I rolled my eyes at her dramatic comments.

"Oh, and this here is for you," she said while pointing at a medium Java Chip.

"Aww, thanks! You know me so well."

"Of course, I do"

After drinking our frappuccinos we decided to shop around. Our first stop was Forever 21. Obviously! What girl doesn't shop there? Ok, maybe some don't but it's a great store. A store Sabrina and I agreed, we both could live in. Unfortunately, it was also a popular girl fav too because as soon as we walked in, I saw the most popular girls from school. They were all huddled around by the swimsuit area talking about summer when school had started a few months ago. I saw Kim, the leader of the populars, talking to a guy. A guy she seemed to really like because she kept twirling her blonde hair around her index finger and laughing. As I walked passed,
I saw that the guy was ...drumroll... James. Of course, why wouldn't it be him? He's one of the most popular guys in school and they are only attracted to girls like Kim but whatever, why should
I care?
As Sabrina and I were looking through dresses, Kim came in the same exact area with James and her plastics(her "friends" or rather fan club). Sabrina grabbed this really cute dress that was maroon with lace on the sleeves and a cut in the back (sure I would not wear that but it looked so good by Sabrina and I was sure it would look good on her because maroon was her color). However, the most shocking thing ever, happened next. Kim came, grabbed the dress and put it against herself and asked, "won't I look good in this"

"Yeah"

"Omg tots perf"

While her posy commented she turned to ask James.

"What do you think, James?"

James looked up from his cellphone and said "super hot".

Sabrina walked up to her and said "um,
thats mine"

"Hah, was yours honey. Emphasis on the was. Now get lost."

"I said it's mine" Sabrina was about to grab it back, when Kim shoved her back. Before this got any worse, I rushed towards Sabrina to stop her.

"Sabrina, stop! Let's just leave it's not worth it".

"I would listen to your friend with the turban"

When she said this Kim's so called crew chuckled. As we walked away I heard her say, "I mean come on, what does she hide under there?"

I heard James reply, "Bombs"

"Haha, that's what I think."

What is James' problem!? He's rude to her for no reason! And he doesn't even say anything to her face.. What vibes are you guys getting from Kim? Yay or Nay?
