Canonly:

Ethan and Streber are friends (based on the animation Sr pelo made of streber)

And I'm not sure if candybats is canon or not, maybe semi-canon? The bg artists did add a Kevin x streber thing on the bathroom wall in SM 5(?) soo...

Although, if they ever get into a relationship I feel like they'll work out ^^ based on their relation status together in the animations :D (aside from streber and kevin never meeting up in the animation tho)

My personal opinion:

I perfer more of candybats than ethanstreberkevin whatever the fuck the ship name is, but, the ships cool, I like it :D

Can't really say how well they'll get along though since streber and Ethan had only 2 seconds of screentime (and they're suddenly popular 💀)

I feel like I'm getting repetitive vrgrgrmdnde... /ignore...
