Dion's POV:
I received a call in my office this morning from my parents telling me that I need to come to our family mansion because there are important matters that needed to be discussed.
While on my way there, I asked my driver to open the windows of my car. I wanted to see the trees of our estate.
"It's been long since I came here." I said to myself. I haven't been here for the past 8 months.
I don't really like being around my family, to be honest. I feel like I am the least important member of the family, but after I built my own business without their help. I became a star to their eyes.
"Sir, we're here." My driver said and he opened the doors for me.
When I came down, I saw our maids and servants waiting for me to arrived.
"Master Dion, the family's waiting at the Dining Room." One of the butlers said.
"Alright, I see." I replied.
I walked towards the Dining Room which is at the end of this mansion.
There, I was suprised when I saw someone who isn't a member of our family.
"Dion, my dear, you're here." My mother said and she went to kiss my cheeks.
"Good Evening, Mother, Father." I said while kissing my Father's cheeks.
"Good Evening, Your Majesty and Your Royal Highness." I said to the visitors. The King and The Queen Dowager, the King's Mother.
"Good Evening, Dion." The Queen Dowager said while The King just kept staring at me.
I sat down and the maids are starting to serve us dinner.
After a long talks about how am I and how they are, my Father spoke up.
"Can we finally tell The King and Dion why we are all here?" My Father said.
"Alright, Your Majesty and Dion. You are about to get married." The Queen Dowager.
"Excuse Me?" I replied.
"This is no time for jokes, Mama." The King replied.
"I'm afraid there are no jokes, Your Majesty. You are bound to get married even before you were born." My mother said.
"I don't understand. Why do we need to get married?" I replied while standing up because I cannot take this nonsense anymore.
"It's because the former King and your grandfather signed a contract, and it says that the newly crowned Monarch should marry the youngest child of the Victorias. If not, then the King will have to abdicate the throne." The Queen Dowager said. "So you, Dion Victoria, as the youngest Victoria, is bound to marry the King before his coronation."
"Oh f*ck." The King and I blurted out.
