Nora's POV

I was heading home after school today we are going to ask our parents about what we think is the truth about our identity.

The other three would be coming to my house. I asked them whether their parents were going to Scotland every so often too. They were. But for some unknown reason we didn't talk about it before.

Our parents were friends way before we became friends. I didn't know how they became friends. Maybe when they attended Hogwarts? Maybe.

I walked into my house to see my parents arguing. When they saw me, they fell silent. I squinted my eyes and made my way to them. "Hey. How was your trip?" I asked. "Oh. Umm... splendid" My mum stuttered.

"My friends are coming over. With their parents." I added. "Oh, sure. Now go to your room you must be tired" My dad said. I nodded and made my way upstairs.

I heard them whispering but ignored it. I went to my room and changed into a black full-hand crop top and white color ripped jeans.

It was 9 in the evening when they arrived. I was all curious about the conversation we were about to have.

"Hello. Mr. and Mrs. Davis. Hey Iris." I greeted the Davises. And soon after the Andersons and Carltons came. My parents and the girls' parents were childhood friends. So that's how we all met. But we weren't friends back then. We became close like a year ago.

The dinner was quite normal, and I gave the other three a look saying 'Imma start the convo'. They gave me a knowing look and I started, "So... None of you ever talk about how you all met. We would love to hear some flashbacks,"

"Yeah! We have a holiday tomorrow anyway," agreed Iris. Our parents' faces showed nervousness. "Ah. We all met in our high school!" said Mrs. Anderson.

"Oh. Yeah, I believe the school's name is...," said Carla. "Hogwarts?" Our parents were shocked as they didn't say anything.

My mother chuckled nervously, "What are you guys on about?" I stood up "Could ask you the same," I snapped.

"Honestly, what are you talking about?" asked Mrs. Carlton. "Oh! Enough with all this hiding!" my father shouted out of nowhere making me flinch.

"But, first how did you find out, kids," asked Mr. Davis. "This Monday. When you were all out, we had a sleepover. When we arrived, Nora was searching for her to books...," started Ainsley. We told them all about that day.

"Girls. Listen, we are wizards. I, Matthew, Ben, and Seth we all wanted to tell you, but your mothers thought that it would be best if you all didn't know because of you-know-who's disappearance. We didn't have the best of interactions with Him. So, we had to bring you here."

"And we always received letters from Hogwarts, asking us to get you back to the wizarding world as Dumbledore knew we were innocent. That's why we went to Scotland every so often." finished my father.

"So that is why you all gave us the ring?" asked Ains. Mrs. Carlton sighed "Yes", she said.

I was completely baffled. They knew. "Does Lindsey know?" I asked. "Yes. She's been to Hogwarts when she was a child with us, not as a student though. She knew and protested but we managed to convince her," said Mum.

After a lot of questions and doubts, I spoke "We are gonna attend Hogwarts." I spoke. "Yes, we are." The others agreed in unison. "What?! No way. We wanted you all to be safe that's the whole point of this" protested Mrs. Anderson.

"But we ought to be what we are meant to be! We are all goddamn Witches!" argued Ainsley. "We agree with them. They don't belong here." Said Mr. Davis.

After a lot of arguments, our fathers taking our side, they hit my limit. "We are going to the wizarding world and that's final", I said. "If you all are trying to protect us, no. You are not. So, that's the final decision we take" declared Iris.

Before they could argue we, all went upstairs. Just to avoid another exhausting debate.

When I climbed onto my bed, I was thinking about how life would change from the next day. The other three were staying in the guest rooms for the night. I felt myself fall asleep thinking about everything that happened in the past week.
