Thankfully it was the late hours of the night. I slipped into my shared room. Luckily these girls ignore me for almost all of my stay here. I hastily made my way to the bathroom. I just want to shower and go to bed. I looked into the mirror. Oh, my wishing glass. The mirror where I like to pretend. I watched myself in the mirror. My hair drenched in red paint and yellow paint dripped down. I smiled and laughed like I was ill. I felt mad like I was hysterical.I cried. Even I pity myself. I slowly peeled my clothes off and stepped into the shower. I let out a croak filled with sorrow and washed it away under the water. I got out and dried myself. I then started to feel sleepy but I knew I wouldn't be able to close my eyes anytime soon so I took out my diary. I write with red puffy eyes, wet hair, and somewhat clammy hands. It got cold at night. It was as if a surge of lighting had filled my veins because I had idea after idea. My revenge plan. Needs a cooler name but that's fine for now.
First: take away James' 'Lily flower'
That was already checked off because I had her already and I love her she's my first friend.
Second: befriend Regulus
Third: Get James and Sirius kicked off of the quidditch team
Fourth: Steal the title of Headboy away from Lupin
Fifth: Get Peter on our side
Peter was a pushover anyway. This was way too easy except the Regulus part.
I hid my diary away and went to bed.
Timeskip brought to you by Artemis;) we actually haven't seen Artemis in awhile hope he has a surprise next chap
Potions with the Slytherins. It wasn't like Regulus had any friends. Articulate and cold are my first thoughts on him. He's in the Slug club created by the potions Professor; Horace Slughorn. Now that I think about it people have actual left me alone. There is gossip here and there but for the most part no-one would mess with Lily's friend because she's close with the Marauders. It kinda felt nice but it doesn't matter it wasn't as if they were my main tormentors anyways.
"Hey..." I drawled out. He glanced at me. I can be a 'Lily Evans nice girl' if I wanted. "Wanna be my potions partner?" I smiled. He kinda just looked but I continued on. "I know you know who I am." "Not everyone cares about you." He said as if I didn't know that. I rolled my eyes. "Look. I know you know your brother is a bitch to me." He stirred the potion. "Yeah? So what?" He chided. "So, I want you to help me." He raised his eyebrows. "-With getting revenge." "That's children's stuff." He scoffed. "But don't you wanna get back at him too?" I lured. I tied my hair up so I could keep it out of the potion as I stirred it clockwise. He watched me. "For what?" He commanded. "For leaving you." I responded. He gripped my wrist. "What do you know about that." "More than you do." I piped with no remorse. We were at the back of the class anyway neither of us liked the spotlight.
I looked up at him with doe eyes. Something I learned from Marlene, she naturally had them. "Wouldn't you be mad if you're brother left you? If you're brother found a new family? A new brother he thought was better than you?" I queried.
I can tell he was getting angry. "Oh, Regulus. I'm only doing this because you need love too." I cooed. He was still angry but tears leaked out of the corner of his eyes. "Don't worry. I'll get him for you." I mused. "Fine, Eleanor I'll help you." He finally replied. I wiped his teary eyes. That was easier than I thought. Just a little affection can go a long way but not too much now. "Hey, we're having a Slug club meeting tomorrow. Make sure to come dressed up." Professor Slughorn chuckled as he talked to me and Regulus. He then went on to Evan Rosier.
