The cries of a pair of newborn baby twins were heard. The mother of the babies was weary and looked extremely pale as she looked at her newborns with saddened eyes. She turned away from them as she knew that, as a single mother, she could not financially support her own children and she does not want to hinder their future. The only thing she could do for her children is to send them away to the orphanage. She knew that her children may hold a grudge against her when they become older and find out the truth.
" Your names will be Han Eun Jyeong and Han Se Jeon. I am very sorry that I have to leave you at such an young age. Please forgive me. May you have a bright future ahead, my dears."
And with that said, she left each of them a moon-shaped pendant and reluctantly sent them to the orphanage.
