[Yeonjun's POV]
I arrived at the mall 15 minutes later. I'm meeting with Chaewon near the entrance so I found a good place to park and headed to the entrance. "Yeonjunnie!" Chaewon said and ran towards me. "I'm so glad to see you, did you watch the music video?"
"I did, I told you both long and short hair look good on you. I don't care which one you stick with, both look cute on you!" I said.
"You're so sweet! Anyway let's head inside!"
"Sure."
Chaewon took my hand and we both walked inside the mall together.
"Chaewonnie there's something I need to tell you now so I won't worry about it later," I said.
"What is it?" Chaewon asked.
"I'll have to go overseas soon, we're having schedules again and I have to do a photo shoot at New York."
"..."
"Look I'm sorry-"
Chaewon hugged me.
"What do you mean you're sorry? I'm so happy for you pabo! You guys can finally keep promoting and you get to go to New York of all places? Bring me something from there okay?"
"So you're okay with me leaving?"
"Heck, I'll watch your place for you while you're gone!"
"You'd do that?"
"Of course, someone's gotta keep it clean while the owner is gone."
"Thank you so much! I'll be back soon," I said and hugged her.
"I don't care how long you take, I just need you to be fine!" Chaewon said.
"So what do you wanna do now that we're here?"
"Let's get ice cream first!"
"Alright." Chaewon ran ahead to the ice cream shop nearby acting like a hyper kid.
"Two mint chocolate chip ice creams please!" Chaewon said to the cashier and they gave us two cones. I paid for the ice creams and we left. "By the way, what have you been doing lately?"
"Oh you know, song writing!" I said.
"Really? How many songs do you have finished?"
"4 out of 5 I plan to have. Since you were generous to spoil the songs for me, I'll tell you early as well."
"Please do, so we're even!"
"Well there's the opening track Ghosting, then the title track Blue Hour."
"Yes..."
"Then we have We Lost The Summer the most recent song I completed, and Wishlist the song we played during your birthday."
"Oh Wishlist will be published? I loved that song!" Chaewon said.
"Yeah and I'm glad I can have the world listen to it as well," I said.
"It's gonna be a huge success, I mean you will have credits for all of the songs!"
"Well that depends, I mean I may not end up being the one writing the final track."
"I guess you're right, but I can't wait to listen to the lyrics."
"Well you gotta wait until October then. Only you and IZ*ONE know it's coming."
"True."
"Well let's go find a place to eat then, how does pho sound?"
"Pho, I thought you like ramen?"
