There was a few hours till summer really started, I couldn't wait to finally be back in cousins but at the same time I was dreading it. Conrad Fisher is the reason I was dreading going back, he has always hated me for no reason since we were kids but he has always loved my younger sister Belly "Look I don't know why you hate Conrad but can you drop it for just one summer, considering we're going to be spending more time together" my twin steven says while giving me slight looks but mostly focusing on the road "look steven I'll try but if he says one fucked up-" "Jade Conklin!, what have I said about cursing around me you know I don't like it!" i sigh "sorry mom"
We stopped at a gas station, Mom and Belly left to go in but me and steven stay in the car. "look jade I'm going to ask him too plus it's not like I'm asking you to be all bestie bestie with him just don't argue as much" "look steven like i said i'll try but if he crosses one line I won't hesitate to kill him." "trust me I know" steven says as we slightly giggle while Mom and Belly get back in the car looking confused.
As we arrive i take a deep breath and step out of the car after everyone else "Oh my god look at you, you're glowing." Susannah says while pulling me into a hug "Are you kidding me look at you in that dress you look amazing!" i start letting go of our hug as she goes to talk to my mom then the person ive been dreading to see walks over "You came back? i mean you willingly came back?" i just roll my eyes "Conrad just piss off go talk to steven or somthing" then Jeremiah comes jogging over to me "look who's actually after getting tall, what are you now maybe 5'6 or maybe even 5'7" he says laughing while pulling me into a hug "shut up Jeremiah its not my fault your a lanky cunt" he pulls away while gasping putting his hand up to his heart "wow okay so its like that?" he says with a slight smerk as he walks over to Steven and Conrad he starts looking at his wrist acting like theres a watch there "i dont know about you guys but i think its time for a Belly flop!" i start laughing following the scene watching it all unfold infront of me "did you really think you were going to go un noticed?" i hear from behind me as i get picked up, i start yelling to be put down but then im sorounded by water, i come to the surface everyone is laughing even Belly who is now walking inside with steven and jeremiah i groan "fuck i think i hurt my ankle can you help me out?" as i hold my hand out for conrad to my luck he fell for it i pulled him into the pool "Jade! im going to kill you" conrad then pulls me under water, i notice how close we are and i feel my face begin to heat up, i wish I could kiss him right now. i get out of his grip and storm inside going straight to my room. Conrad is definitely confused and is for sure going to use that against me. fuck, This summer isn't going to be good.
