People seem to struggle to understand the full capabilities of Aizen's immortality so let's get to it. Aizen has regenerated twice at least from having his entire body destroyed so destroying all the Atoms in his body wouldn't do anything different. Urahara who is the smartest person in the entire series even says it's almost impossible to beat Aizen due to the type of immortality he has. So that includes things like the Reality Warping and countless Soul Eraser techniques that are useable in the Soul Society

Aizen was also in fact hit by an attack that completely destroyed his spiritual body but regenerated completely fine. Aizen has immortality which is arguable on the level of Zamasu maybe higher.

Hōgyoku is an orb which allows the individual whatever they wish. Aizen not only fused the two together making an even stronger variation but even got his immortality by said orb. Aizen stating that the orb let's him obtain power that surpasses the Mortal Plane entering the Divine Plane would make his Immortality akin to a god which has been shown several times. It's not just some simple Immortality like he lives longer. It's an Immortality which crosses into the divine realm possibly surpassing that. The only known way for Aizen to die is if he is absorbed even something like Hakai isn't gonna do anything.
I also want to throw out there that even something like Yamamoto's flames which have existence eraser (or at least what the debate community wants to call it) this would conclude that Urahara doesn't even think someone like Yamamoto with his flames would be able to take on Aizen.
