Jade Stark's Story *On Hiatus*

~A/N~ This is a short and weird chapter and idek why (I wrote it forever ago)

Also I pulled an all nighter and am so tired, i have been awake for like 23 hours~

~The Same Day ~ Jade’s POV~

Pepper recruited Joce, Natalie, Grace, and I to help her make dinner, which was tacos, roasted vegetables, and fruit salad. 

“Why are you making so many different fruit salads?” Harley asked as he watched Grace and I mix the fruit salads. 

“Because Jade is allergic to strawberries and bananas, and Grace is allergic to strawberries and mangos, and I am allergic to strawberries as well, so we have one without strawberries and mangos, one without strawberries and bananas and one with everything.” Pepper answered. 

“Why vegetables? You normally don’t have sides with tacos”

Pepper sighed. “Because you guys need to eat something healthy. Are you going to keep questioning me, Harley?” She raised an eyebrow at him. 

Harley shook his head. “No ma’am”

“Good,” She said, going back to cooking the meat. . 

“Wow, you actually made Harley polite and not a douche” Joce said, smirking. 

Harley glared at her while Talie and I laughed. 

“I’m not always a douche”

I shrugged. “Yeah, sometimes you’re sleeping” 

He rolled his eyes, crossing his arms. “Shut up”

We all laughed again and continued to make dinner. Grace and I were making the fruit salad, Natalie and Joce were cutting vegetables, and Pepper was making the taco meat.

After dinner, we all just kinda chilled in the living room. Harley, Peter, Clint and Tony were playing on the PS4, Grace was watching them and playing on the Nintendo switch, Natalie and Natasha, or the Nat’s as we call them, were painting their nails, Joce and I were drawing, and Pepper went to take a nap. 

“So, I heard Homecoming is coming up, are you guys going to go?” Tony asked. 

I shook my head. “Dunno”

“It really depends on if Joce and Jade go, if they don’t want to go then I won’t go because it won’t be fun without them” Natalie said shrugging, Joce and I nodded in agreement. 

Tony looked at the boys. “What about you two?”

“I don’t know either, it depends on if MJ wants to go” Peter shrugged. 

Harley got up and walked into the kitchen. “I don’t know either, I guess if Peter and the girls don’t go then I won't either cause it’d be boring without them.”

I went into the kitchen and emptied out my pencil sharpener. Honestly, at this point I don’t think any of us are going to go. Cause I probably won’t go, and if I don’t go that means Joce and Talie won’t go and then Harley probably won't go. 

“You guys are going and I don’t care what you say” Natasha said, blowing on her nails. 

Tony sighed. “You can’t force them to go Nat”

“Yes I can”

I went back into the living room and crossed my arms. “Why are you so insistent on us going?”
