The secretary smiled warmly at Ashley as she approached the front desk. "Welcome to Dr. Smith's private clinic. How can I assist you today?" she asked politely.

Ashley felt a mix of nervousness and excitement as she replied, "Um, I have an appointment with Dr. Smith. It's at 2:00 pm."

The secretary checked her computer and nodded, "Yes, I see your appointment here. Please have a seat in the waiting area, and the doctor will be with you shortly."

Ashley took a seat in the elegant waiting area, her mind swirling with anticipation about the upcoming appointment. Little did she know that this seemingly routine visit would set off a chain of events that would lead to a forbidden passion.

"What seems to be the matter?" the doctor inquired, his voice gentle and caring as he looked at Ashley with genuine concern.

Startled by the sudden question, Ashley hesitated for a moment before explaining her symptoms.

"I have been having some pain in my uhm" she nervously tried explaining.

He nodded towards her calmly telling her to go on.

"I have been having pain in my breast area" she said it fast, to get it out quicker. She looked at her hands as her cheeks were softly flushed.

As she spoke, she couldn't help but notice the doctor's attentive gaze, which seemed to linger a bit longer than necessary, making her heart race.

"Alright then, please relax and sit down on the table. Remove your shirt and put your hands on the side so I can get a good look." he couldn't help but smirk slightly.
