"Do you know who I am?" Katara asked sternly and seriously with blood boiling in her veins.
"No. I'm not sure" Yon Rha said nervously as rain poured into his clothing making him shake more.
"Oh, you better remember me as your life depends on it!" Katara yelled annoyed that he didn't even know who he murdered. "Why don't you take a closer look," Katara asked sternly
Yon Rha stared at her trying his best to remember who she was and why she was threatening him. "Yes. Yes, I remember you now, you're the little water tribe girl" he spoke as his memories came rushing back.
Thunder stroke as he got a flash black of what happened

"just let her go, and ill give you the information you want" Kya pleaded to Yon Rha with desperation in her eyes to get Katara to leave before she saw what the man was about to do to her.
"You heard your mother, GET OUT OF HERE!" Yon Rha yelled at Katara with anger and annoyance that the little girl wasn't leaving.
"Mom, I'm scared" Katara's eyes began to water as her heartbeat began to accelerate worried about what was going to happen to her mother.
"Go find your dad, sweetie, I'll handle this" Kya said with confidence in her voice as she looked at her daughter softly.
Katara ran out of the room and headed to her father as fast as she could.
"Now tell me, who is it?" Yon Rah said looking deadly into Kya's eyes. "Who's the water bender?!"
"There are no water benders here, The fire nation took them all away a long time ago!"Kya looked into Yon Rha's eyes with anger, pleading in the inside that Katara and Hakoda would come rather quickly.
"you're lying, My sources say there is one water bender left in the southern water tribe, Were not leaving until we find the water bender"
"If I tell you, ... Do you promise to leave the rest of the village alone?" Kya said with a shakiness in her voice hoping he would agree.
Yon Rah hesitates but nods eventually
"It's me" Kya lied hoping her daughter would not be exposed and continue living her life. "Take Me, as your prisoner" Kya looked into Yon Rhas's eyes and all she could see is an evil grin.
"I'm afraid I'm not taking prisoners today" Yon Rha replied evilly with a grin plastered on his face looking ready to kill someone.

Yon Rha looked at Katara with rain pouring down his face looking guilty
*Lightning Strikes*
"she lied to you, she was protecting the last water bender "Katara replied with a face of a scowl and a face of pain.
"What?" Yon rah asked confused "Who??"
"ME"
Katara used her bending and paused the rain making a dome above Zuko, Her, and Yon Rha. She then got medium-sized droplets and shaped them into ice shards and aimed them straight at Yon Rha. She yelled as she threw them at him.
But paused just inches over Yon Rah, letting the ice shards hover over him.
Yon Rha cowered and hid his face just to look at ice shards hovering over him barely inches away from him meeting his death.

Instead of impaling Yon Rha, Katara melted the ice and it splashed in Yon Rha.
Yon Rha got on his knees and pleaded saying " I did a bad thing, I know I did, and you deserve revenge... So why don't you take my mother, That would be fair!"
" I always wondered what kind of person could do such a thing, but now that I see you, I think I understand." "There's just nothing inside you, nothing at all, You're pathetic and sad, and empty"
"Please, spare me" Yon Rha pleaded on his knees looking down at the floor cowering
"But as much as I hate you, I just can't do it" Katara responded her voice breaking a little.
Yon Rha smiled a bit with relief that he was still living.
Zuko walked a few steps forward and looked at Katara with tears flowing down her face with her eyes closed blending in with the rain.
With that, Katara walked away and Zuko followed suit.
After about 2 minutes, Zuko didn't dare to speak to her first waiting for her to break the silence.
Then suddenly Katara broke down. She sobbed into her hands and her knees buckled. With that zuko ran towards Katara and kneeled next to her and rubbed her back telling her that it was brave of her and that her mother was proud.
What Zuko said made her break down even more and without knowing she was leaning into his chest and cried harder. Zuko stiffened at Katara on his chest but quickly calmed down after she was sobbing more. He just sat there, in the middle of the rain with Katara in his arms. He just spoke soothing words into Katara's ear and rubbed her back and breathed into her hair. With what seemed forever the crying finally calmed down and was removed with a soft snoring. He looked down at Katara who was sleeping peacefully as if nothing happened. He carefully carried her bridal style and placed her on Appa's saddle and gave her a blanket and with that, they were gone.
