Chapter 1 - Dear diary

I'm Alice King I'm a 3rd year at Bayshore Academy. I'm 18 years old and I'm the oldest of my two siblings. I live currently with my parents but I have plans of moving out.

My hobbies are reading books and listening to music.

My parents were really strict with me when I was younger. They told me if I come home with a boy I would be grounded. Though they would let it slide if it was a group project. So I never really experienced how is to like someone as I was a book worm. I did go outside with my best friend and hangout. Aya still is my best friend but she moved to another school because of her parents work. We keep in touch and often visited each other now we are both in the same academy.

But recently there is someone in my class that transferred last week after everyone already started their new year in level 3 art. When I look at him my heart beats so loud and fast it feels like it will explode. And my stomach turns and twists. Am I sick? What is this feeling? I'll ask Aya next time I talk to her.
