Chapter 1

Y/N's POV

  I lay in my bed until I hear screaming coming from downstairs.

  "Fritz why did you set the kitchen on fire!?" Yells Susie. "Wait, where is y/n?" Says Susie sounding worried.

  "She's probably sleeping or something like she always does." Jeremy says.

  I come downstairs to see a big fire growing more and more as they just stand there yelling at fritz instead of putting out the fire.

  "Omg! Why is there a fire in the kitchen!?" I say panicking.

  "Well fritz over here thought it would be clever to cook his own food." Cassidy says slowly looking over to fritz.

  "I didn't think it would be that hard! Your acting like you know how to cook better than me." Says fritz.

  "None of us know how to cook we are 10! That's why we eat fast food and ramen cuz ramen is so easy to make you can never mess that up." Cassidy replies rolling her eyes.

  "Why are you guys just standing there. Help me put out the fire!" I say quickly getting the fire extinguisher from the garage.

  "Ill help!" Says susie, Jeremy, and Gabriel.

  After 15 minutes later me and the others finished putting out the fire.

  "That took forever!" Says Gabriel.

  "Yeah it did." I reply.

  I look over to fritz, he looks guilty as he looks at the floor. I can't stand to see him sad, so I walk over to him.

  "You okay fritz?" I ask in a soft tone.

  Fritz looks up at me and looks slightly confused on why I would not be mad at him. I was but I just don't wanna show it, I know what it feels like to get yelled at by your friends and it's not a good feeling.

  "Yeah..I'm fine." Says fritz obviously not looking fine. He looks back down at the floor trying to avoid eye contact with me.

  "It's okay, everyone makes mistakes." I say while smiling.

  He looks up at me. "Thanks y/n." Says fritz. Then he hugs me. I blush a little bit but then I hug him back.
