Spirit Fever:
Spirit fever is a curse but also hopeful. This Fever is no ordinary fever, this fever is intense and extremely unbearable, but this fever can only be cured by your soulmate. Due to this many people die because they couldn't find their soulmate. But some Rarely are lucky and survive. This fever lasted 2 weeks. 2 weeks of unbearable pain and nightmares. Only your soulmate will be able to help you escape this living nightmare. Will this be the same For Katara? Will she make it? Hopefully.

"Katara!" Sokka called out to her sister who looked like she hasn't slept in days. "Are you feeling alright katara, you don't look so good?" Sokka told Katara with a concerned tone.

"I guess I feel a bit under the weather but I think I'll just rest and hopefully be better tomorrow, Katara reassured.

"Well don't work too much, or you'll probably get worse" Sokka looked at Katara with worried eyes. "It's ok Sokka! I'm perfectly fine, See!" Katara said as she was water bending around her and Sokka. Sokka hesitantly nodded and walked away to Suki to talk about how Katara was acting suspiciously.

(SOKKA'S POV)
"Hey Suki, does Katara look a bit sick to you?" Sokka asked her. Suki turned around and smiled at Sokka but it dropped a bit at hearing his words. Suki glanced at Katara cleaning up. "I guess she looks a bit tired maybe we should just let her rest for now," Suki said with a warm smile. "Yeah, I guess we should" Though I New something was up with Katara I wondered why she didn't say anything about how she was feeling. But I quickly stopped thinking about it as I felt Suki's lips on my cheek.

(Katara's POV)
As I saw Sokka leave I immediately went to go throw up. I didn't know why I was feeling sick, hopefully, it was just a common cold and everything could go back to normal. "Hey, Katara!" I looked up at Aang who was coming this way with Zuko behind him. Although he did join the 'Gaang' already and brought Suki and my dad back I still don't think I can trust him after what happened in Ba Sing Se.

"Hey, Aang! How was your fire-bending lesson?" I asked wondering with concern but trying to blend it with a question, if Zuko hurt Aang I swear to La he will regret it.
Before Aang could respond Zuko answered for him. "He's Adapting to fire bending rather quickly, Hopefully, He can learn a few more moves before Sozin's Comet comes"
I glanced at Zuko and returned my gaze to Aang. "That's great Aang! Did you get hurt?" As I checked his face I saw his cheeks turn pink. Although I knew Aang had a crush on me I never saw him as a boyfriend, I saw him like a brother to me. " Nope, I am perfectly ok!" And with that, he gave me a quick hug and walked over to the rest of the Gaang leaving me with Zuko. Awkwardness filled the air around us. Before I could walk away, I suddenly felt dizzy and collapsed, I groaned as I hit my head on the floor. I saw Zuko's Face turn from an awkward face to a concerned one. "Katara are you ok?" as he crouched down next to me trying to help me up. My throat hurt as I managed to speak, trying to get up " Yes, I'm perfectly fi-" I collapsed again but didn't open my eyes. The last thing I saw was a pitch black and Zuko's Voice calling the rest of the Gaang.

"Mom!" I yelled as I entered the hut, I saw a man in red fire nation armor yelling at my mother. "WHERE IS THE WATERBENDER?! WE'RE NOT LEAVING UNTIL WE FIND THE WATERBENDER!" The Fire Nation man didn't even hear me call my mom so I just stood there standing, Frozen not knowing what to do. "There are no more water benders, the Fire Nation took them out a long time ago!" my mother responded with hate in her voice.
"LIES, MY SOURCES TOLD ME THEY SAW A PERSON WATERBENDING AND YOU ARE GOING TO TELL ME WHO IT IS" The Armored man yelled.

"Fuck you"

The Fire Nation man looked Furious and said something that shocked me "You'll regret that you little bitch" With that he shot a hand full of flames at my mother and she was set on fire, crying out blood-curdling screams. I stood there as the man kicked my mother in the face quieting her down as she burned to death. The man laughed and said "Go to hell" He left the other way and didn't even notice me. I just stood there tears pouring down my face as I saw my mother's bloody body as it slowly burned and the smell filled the room of smoke and burned flesh. I couldn't Move. I just stood there not being able to walk, talk or scream.
I just stood there watching her dead body lay there with blood and fire. I wanted to scream but no sound came out. My heart was beating fast as my face grew wet. I tried to inhale a breath but no air came in.
I was suffocating.

(Zuko's Pov)

" Yes, Im perfectly fi-" That was the last thing I heard from Katara before she collapsed again but this time I caught her and laid her down on the floor with her head in my lap. "HELP!"
Sokka, Suki, Aang, and Toph came running and stopped in their tracks when they saw Katara on the floor unconscious. "WHAT HAPPENED?!" Sokka came running and kneeled next to Katara. "WHAT HAPPENED ZUKO??!" " I-I don't know, we didn't talk and she was about to walk away but she collapsed the first time and now again!!" I was worried for Katara, although we never got along well, I still cared for her. Sokka helped me get her up and we carried her to Air temple and set her down carefully.Once we placed her down I put the back of my hand to her forehead and she was hot which is unusual because we usually are used to the heat.
"Sokka get me some wet towels, Quick!!" Sokka came back rushing me with wet towels and I placed them on her forehead,neck, and her arms.

'Is she going to be ok?' I thought. she didn't look well this morning, Ive never heard of this fever before. Usually Uncle knows how to treat these special type of fevers but.....He's not here. probably rotting in a cell with Azula. I groaned as I thought what could've happened and how stupid I was to leave and betray my Uncle.

I was knocked out of my thoughts as Katara was Breathing rapidly and sweating a lot more than she was doing. She was stirring tryin to wake up but couldn't. I shook her carefully, "Katara, Hey Katara, Can you wake up, Please?" I looked at her again but this time instead of her rapidly breathing, she wasn't. At This I panicked, I did not know what to do. I checked her pulse and it was gone. I immediately knew what to do: CPR.
I put one hand in the middle of her chest and the other one folded on top, I started to Push 15x and mouth to mouth 5x. After what seemed to be 3 minutes. Katara woke up coughing and breathing deeply and rapidly.

She had tears in her eyes and looked over at Zuko. "T-T-Thank Yo-u"
