Something was off with their friend.
Saiki had always been a rather closed off guy and had never gone to them for help. However something was going on and they could tell. Mostly because Saiki's behavior changed slightly. Even Aiura had said there was a change in his aura though very minor.
It was all just very concerning and strange.
Saiki was pretty much a creature of habit and he never went off script. Now he was decidedly out of character. It wasn't much but enough to notice. None of them brought it up though because knowing Saiki, he wouldn't tell them if something was wrong. Unless Saiki went to them for help then they would never know what was going on with him. That in itself was very unlikely.
That's just how it was and how it would be probably for the rest of their lives.

It was almost time for class to start when Saiki's phone dinged. When he checked it turned out to be from the Rogues group chat.

Saiki was surprised that no one had changed the chat name to something ridiculous yet.
Honestly the nuisances didn't know he had a phone. So that was a huge surprise. But none of them were really paying attention to him after that. Saiki was not surprised when he noticed the chat names had changed. They'd given him his nickname prior to any other name changes.

Saiki then put his phone away because the bell rang. He didn't understand how the Rogues managed to work together properly on missions. They couldn't even think coherently half the time. Though now he was looking forward to what happens before class at Merripen starts. It was bound to be a shit show bit at least it would be entertaining.
During break Himari texted him in regards to starting up a wager. And there was $20 usd on the line. So Saiki had that to look forward to as well.
The nuisances should know better than to gamble with him.
