William "Billy" Edward Lenz

Billy Lenz (William Edward Lenz) is a severely mentally ill unknown serial killer. As a child, Billy lived with his mother and father. His mother and father did not have a good relationship and Billy was neglected and abused by his mother. One day his mother killed his father with a claw hammer right before 5 Y/O Billy's eyes and locked Billy in the attic to be quiet, while she started a new family with her new lover. Unable to get the new family she wanted due to being unable to conceive a child with her new lover, she went to the attic. Billy's mother raped him, him being 12 Y/O, and she became pregnant with his child known as his sister/daughter, Agnes. After several years he escaped the attic, first killing Agnes, and then brutally murdering his mother and her lover. He was sent to Clark Sanitarium and locked up for 15 years until breaking out to torment the sorority that had moved into his childhood home. (This story takes place a year after the sorority killings)
