The LA sun shining brightly through their bedroom window. Nadia's eyes immediately squinted at the brightness followed by a light yawn leaving her lips. Her phone on the nightstand, she lifted it up looking at the time seeing it be freshly 8:00 on the dot.

Arris had to be at school by 8:30 and knowing how he was a hyper child just like his dad who hates to sleep, hearing his loud voice all the way from the downstairs let her know that he was up and Chris was with him.

Her hand going to her eyes and rubbing the sleep out of them, their bedroom opened and in walked Chris holding their ten month old babygirl in his arms as he kissed her cheek repeatedly while she paid him no mind and continued to chew away at her pacifier making Nadia chuckle.

"Good morning, mama," She cooed while sitting up and stretching her arms out as Chris gently placed the now excited baby in her arms. "Oh, look at this hair, you slept good, huh?" Her hand running over the small curls.

"Her diaper was wet as shit. Like three loads of pee and then I fed her the bottle, she blew that shit out. I'm talking the onesie from last night is in the damn trash. Ain't no saving it," Chris rolled his eyes as he told her making Nadia laugh as she looked back at her baby who was now focused on trying to eat the remote control.

Now that she was teething, every and anything was in her mouth.

"You had daddy change your stinky diaper? You knew to do that while I sleep, good girl."

"Aight, bro." Chris sucked his teeth and walked into their bathroom making Nadia snicker.

"Don't be mad. You left me with all of Arris diapers, this is your karma."  She spoke as he walked back in the room with a different pair of sweats and hoodie now on. Her eyebrow raised, "Going somewhere today?"

"Studio,"

"Here?" Because they did have the in home studio now but he only used it when he didn't wanna leave the house but since he had to head out anyways, might as well go to the actual studio.

"Nah, I'mma take Arris and Ro to school and then head there since it's that way."

"Are you picking him up too?" She asked and the air in the room changed as it got quiet besides the baby babbling about nothing. Chris shrugged scratching the back of his neck.

"I mean...Nia picking Ro up so-"

"I'm not talking about Royalty," Nadia spoke sitting up more. "She has dance today so I'm not surprised Nia got her but you are getting Arris, right?"

"Ion know...I'm working baby and you know how I get in my zone," He chuckled trying to laugh it off.

This was an ongoing issue for a while. She brought it to his attention a while ago and he did fix it before now it's "I'm working," excuses is now coming up. Ever since he got back in the booth, the second he steps inside, everything else doesn't matters until she has to blow his phone up for him to come home or else he'll be there all day and night.

And it wasn't that much music in the world to be made.

The two didn't argue like they used to. They sat down, talked out their issues like adults and went back to loving each other. They can't even remember the last time they argued which was a good thing and she didn't wanna break that
streak by going at it over this.
