I couldn't even manage a single word, it hurt that much. Tears were streaming down my face, and while I couldn't see it Raynare, I think she was trying not to break down as she refused to turn and face us.

"It took you long enough, now hand them over."

My eyes widened as the male fallen appeared and walked towards Raynare, which means he's not facing Rias and Akeno. I gritted my teeth at this, I really had hoped they would erase him from existence, but here he is demanding Raynare to hand over Asia's Sacred Gear. However he wasn't patient, as he suddenly slapped Raynare to the ground hard, and took the rings for himself.

"I grow tired of your weakness, to think one of the few I sided with would become so pathetic after meeting a simple mortal turned Devil! Now you will be nothing more than a memory, a footnote when I erase her and her companions from this world."

He said as that fire burned more deep within me, however it wasn't the same burning that paralyzed me moments ago, now it screamed to kill.

"D-Damn you! BASTARD!"

I screamed as I felt my body move on it's own, rushing with reckless abandon into the horde of rogue exorcists. I swear as I did this that voice from before, that I think was Ddraig, was getting louder. I swear I could almost hear it clearly. Kiba and Koneko helped me deal with the horde as best they could. It took a lot of restraint not to kill every one of them.

"Kiba, Koneko, thanks guys!"

I said as I ran up the stairs to the alter and slowly came to a stop. That bastard was already airborne, not caring as he snapped his fingers letting Asia's barely alive body fall to the floor, causing me to dive to catch her. Raynare was barely sitting up, I guess he actually knocked her out for a moment.

"Enjoy these last moments before I eradicate you, use it to say your last goodbyes."

He said in the most uncaring tone possible, he honestly thought he had already won.

"A-Asia, are you all right? Please be alright."

"I-Isa? You're here."

Asia said, she was obviously weak from having her Sacred Gear ripped out. Raynare staggered over and placed a hand on my shoulder, possibly to console me

"Isa I don't th-"

"Please don't waste your breath, I promise, I'll get it back. Just hang on please."

The bastard was still in the air as he scoffed at the sight before him.

"Oh please, these moments sicken me, just take her and bury the witch. Before I decide to burn her to ash, after I erase you, like the disgusting filthy witch that she is."

He said as almost everyone went silent from hearing this.

"Put it back, PUT IT BACK RIGHT NOW YOU BASTARD!"

I yelled out as he simply started laughing, Raynare looked guilty.

"How pathetic, you actually are still playing the hero, she's nothing to me. Nor is that pathetic traitor, we had to betray our superiors to get this far, and yet she throws it all away for you. All she had to do was pretend to like you, gain your trust, and end your existence. Yet she actually cared about you, such a disgusting display. A Fallen and a Devil, an unholy affair! FOR THIS AALL THREE OF YOU WILL PARISH!"

He said as memories of the date played in my mind, I remembered how she actually showed interest, she never once faked it. I remember how she faltered when she was supposed to kill me. Raynare had doubted her orders, she had regretted killing me, she fell for a mere mortal.
