I was walking next to Nikolas and Axel, whose guns were raised at the man that was showing us towards Cain. They didn't trust him, even though he hadn't shown us anything but loyalty. But they still didn't trust him.
"What did you say your name was?" Axel asked the man, and he kept walking, veering into another tunnel. "Does it matter?" he answered Axel, and I watched as Axels nostrils widened. He clocked his gun, which caused the guy to stop walking.
"Abel," he said, and I frowned. The name seemed familiar but I shrugged it off, as he stopped at a rather odd-looking door before he dug his hand into his pocket, alerting Nikolas and Axel. Both of their guns raised at his head and Abel chuckled.
"I'm getting the key to the door, calm down ladies," Abel teased, and Nikolas slowly lowered his gun again, but Axel kept his arm raised. Abel pushed the key into the keyhole before, pushing the door open.
It was ice cold in the room, causing goosebumps to crawl on my arms. Abel entered the room, and I heard him flick the lights on letting a yellow light flash into the room. I squinted my eyes, waiting for my sight to get used to the light before I looked around.
Knives, guns, whips, belts, so much more drenched in blood. I looked towards the corner and saw Cain his pants pulled down, blood dripping from his head down to his exposed crotch. "Holy fuck," Axel said, as he saw Cain as well.
I ran towards him, and quickly put something over his exposed crotch, before lifting his head up. His mouth was dry, his lips chapped, and blood was dripping from his eyebrow. I heard a pair of shoes come behind me before I saw the silhouette, Axel coming to sight.
I watched as he looked away the second he saw Cain's back. "What the fuck did she do to him," Axel breathed as he tried his best not to gag. I walked over to Axel and looked down at Cain's bloody back, as I saw all the cuts and bugs.
I could clearly see the cuts from where she whipped him, some deeper than others. Nikolas couldn't even look at us. The second he saw Cain's naked crotch, he looked down in shame. I could feel the tears brim in my eyes when I saw all the fresh cuts.
"Help me wake him up," I whisper-yelled towards Nikolas and he looked up at me a tear rolling down his cheek.
"I-I can't," he whispered looking at the cloth I had put to hide Cain's crotch. He looked nearly scared of Cain.
"Nikolas get over here, and stop being a pussy!" Axel sneered, and I watched as Nikolas's breathing got heavier. He looked over at Abel and raised his gun at him. "Why isn't he wearing pants?" Nikolas asked Abel.
"She raped him." Abel's words rung in my ears, causing tears to roll down my cheeks. "She did what?" Nikolas asked, his breathing even heavier. "She raped him about eight hours ago, and left him like this," Abel said in a monotone.
I quickly shook Cain trying to wake him up. I needed to get him out here, and I needed to do it fast. I shook him harder, causing conscience to slowly come to him. "Cain wake up," I ushered untying his arm.
Still no hope, Axel swung his arm around his shoulder, carrying him out of the basement. Axel took Cain out, and I was last to leave the basement before the sound of a gun clocking made me stop in my tracks. I looked at Nikolas, Axel, and Abel with my eyes wide.
The barrel of a gun pressed up against the back of my head, causing me to shriek. I watched Nikolas raise his gun, but he quickly stopped when the gun was pushed harder against my head. "One move and I swear I'm blowing her brains out." Mia fucking Ricci.
I looked at Axel, and he smirked, nodding his head.
With one swift move, the gun strapped to my thigh under my dress was in my hands, and Mia was laying on the ground, her kneecaps bleeding, as the sound of a gunshot woke Cain up. Axel said it was important to be armed at all times, so I strapped a G27 to my thigh.
Mia was screaming in pain, as I clocked the gun aiming for her other kneecap. Without blinking I shot her, causing another scream to leave her lips. "Fucking whore!" she screamed, and just for fun I clocked the gun again and shot her arm.
"Nikolas, could you do me this honor, and grab the trash?" I asked strapping the loaded gun to my thigh again.
"With a pleasure, my dearest Violette," he said, and walked over to her dragging her along us. I could hear her yells every time Nikolas forced her to take a step. Cain was still not fully conscious and Abel disappeared.
Something about Abel seemed so familiar. I trusted him more than I should've, which plagued me, but he seemed like someone I once knew. I walked down the tunnel, behind Axel who was helping Cain walk.
We walked up to the club again and hurriedly walked out to our black SUV parked under a street lamp. Axel carefully put Cain in the backseat, before getting in the passenger seat. Nikolas roared the car to life, and I was sitting in the back seat looking out of the window.
Mia was in the trunk, still screaming in pain. Thoughts were filling my mind before I felt an arm around my shoulder push me into a warm chest. My heart skipped a beat when I looked up and saw Cain's green eyes look down at me.
"Cain, oh my god," I breathed as I carefully hugged him. He pulled me into his arms, as he rested his chin on my head. My eyes brimmed with tears when I felt his thumb caress my shoulder.
"It's okay darling. I'm okay now," he rasped and my heart broke when I heard how raspy and sore his throat was. Mia let another scream out, causing me to lift my head from Cain's chest. He looked at me, an eyebrow cocked at me.
"I might've shot her in the kneecaps and arm..." I nervously chuckled, as the shadow of a smirk on his lips.
"That's my girl," he praised taking me back into his arms. This is the first time I've been excited to hurt someone. Mia was going to regret ever laying a hand on me, or anyone I've ever cared for.
