octavius: he can control this type of black goo, he can use it as a shield, mostly their tentacles and he can hide it. they only come out when hes threatened.
downside: the black goo will sometimes have a mind of its own and crave a murder rampage, so he is kept in a very secure room and is only occasionally let out.
marsh: she can turn really small and big.
downside: her skin is paper white. which makes it a bit easy to spot her, her skin turned paper white when a experiment went wrong and they were trying to add another power.
