An unexpected meeting

Hey Maria!"
'Shit just as I was about to leave too just my luck' she thought before turning around putting a fake smile on her face
"Yeah boss? What do you need?"
"Come into my office for a moment I need to talk to you"
'That's never a good thing what does she want now'
"Sure I'll be there in just a moment" she replied that fake smile still plastered on her face as she began the slow walk to her bosses office closing the door behind her.
"Please take a seat Maria, oh and no need to be tense your not in trouble"
As Maria sat in the leather chair across from her boss she breathed a slight sigh of relief that she wasn't in shit.
"Maria I've called you in because I want you to go on a business trip to the Rockies we have a potential client that we need to close a deal on and, well frankly you're our best option"
'Huh that could be fun I'll actually get to do some decent hiking instead of the same boring trails'
"Sure thing boss when do I leave?"
"Tomorrow night, you'll be staying for 3 days to close the deal and work out any concerns the client will have I'll have all the information emailed to you"
"Sounds good boss I'll let you know how it goes I'm going to head home for the night unless you need anything else?" She asked out of politeness
"No no go on ahead get going you have a flight to get ready for the last thing I want is for you to be exhausted while doing this job" she shooed Maria out with haste.

'Finally I can go home and rest now' as she situated herself in her car she put on Ysf's 100k q and a to pass the time.

The next night after the flight landed and Maria was settled in her hotel

'I'd better go over this material again to see what exactly this client needs, ok so he's an independent business owner and needs a new computer setup, mic's, new software to support his growing business the works; it's odd that he only needs one though most businesses get at least 10 for their employees to use as well'

As Maria stretched and looked at the time she realized it was 1am and her meeting was at 7am she decided to call it a night and she set an alarm for 5am to look all nice for the meeting and try to go over the plan one more time.

Bzzt bzzt bzzt

'5 already? Fuck me I feel like I just closed my eyes guess I was more tired than I thought'

As Maria turned off the alarm she begrudgingly pulled herself out of the warm bed and half walked half dragged her feet to the bathroom to look presentable for the meeting grabbing a professional but tight fitting dress that showed off her curves quite nicely. After she finished her hair and makeup she checked the time 6:15.

'Ok time to go I can do this I'll pick up breakfast afterwards this shouldn't take long'

As Maria stepped into the small room that the meeting would be held in she re-read all of her notes waiting for her meeting to begin checking her watch one last time to make sure she had time to look at her notes 6:55
'Hmm maybe not, I should be fine though this isn't my first time it won't be my last'

Just as she put her notes away she heard the door open and she quickly got to her feet to introduce herself.
"Hi there I'm Maria and you are?"
He stuck his hand out to shake hers
"Call me Yousef" he said in a very familiar deep voice that she knew all to well that made her nervous as she shakily took his hand.

"Why so nervous Maria?" He asked with slight confusion and interest
"Oh umm no reason I get a bit nervous before every meeting I do solo" she lied she's done lots of meetings by herself she knew she was good but he didn't need to know that.

"Fair enough shall we get started then?"

'What's with that look in his eyes he doesn't know does he? Fuck this'll be nerve wracking'
