Y/n just moved in to Addison apartments after her parents died. she meets Sal and Larry, and plans on reforming the Bully of the School, Travis. While also realizing that she is slowly Falling in love with Larry.
I got dressed for church, luckly i had appropriate church clothes that I didn't get rid of, I wore a mint Green flower dress with some flats.

I walk out of my appartment and see Sal. "Oh Hey Y/N. Would you like to hang out with me and Larry Later.?"
"I would love to, but right now i need to go. Im heading to church."
"Your religous?."
"somewhat, i'm trying to turn Travis around. So I have to go to church to testify for god or some shit like that."
"Oh alright well have fun, Come meet at our place around 6."
"Okay." I smile and walk to the church. Luckly The church was right next to the apartments. Travis was sitting on the stairwell, I made sure to come early. "Hey Travis." Travis looked nice his messy hair was combed back and he was wearing a suit. "Hey Y/N, Im glad you could make it."
"Of course, I wouldn't miss testimony day!" I say smiling. "Come on in, I would like to introduce you to Father Phelps." He got up off the stairs. "Alright." He led me inside and brought me to an office, he knocked on the door. "Come in." Me and Travis entered. "Hello Father, I wanted to Introduce Y/N, She just moved here and would like to join the church." Father Phelps smiled. "Well of course, the more the better." I Reached my arm out for a handshake. "Im Y/N I moved here 3 weeks ago from (insert home town and state.) Its nice to meet you." He shook my Hand. "Im Kenneth Phelps, The Father of this church. I see that you've become nice friends with my son." I was surprised, I put my hand down. "Son?" I chuckle and nudge Travis. "You never told me your Father runs the church! and he's so sweet, I also never would have guessed he was your father, He looks more like your older brother." I say trying to flatter Mr. Phelps.
"Oh your too kind. Anyways will you be speaking today?"
i nod "I would like to share something I've been thinking about and I would like feedback from the church on this subject."
"alright then Y/N would you like to go last so we can give you feedback. "Of course." I smile
~TIME SKIP~
its finally my turn to take the stand. "Hello, my name is Y/N, I moved here 3 weeks ago from (insert home town and state.) and I have a testimony that I would like some feedback on." I take a deep breath
"I remeber first reading the bible and loving it. But as as i've grown i developed questions. One of these questions I would like to share today." I took a pause. "Being gay is a sin, we can all agree on that from what the bible tells us while saying Man shall not love boy how Man shall love women. We believe these words mean Man and Man can not love each other in a intamite way. But looking closer at this I realizing, maybe its not talking about being Gay? if it was, woulodn't it say Man shall Not love Man as he shall Woman. But it doesnt, instead it says man shall not love BOY. I Believe we misunderstood this verse, I honestly believe it is referencing Pedophilia, Man shall not love Boy, it says, Boy is often referred as a child. So what if it's actually saying That Pedophilia is the sin not being gay. Now most people may think this is a stretch but I did research on this. It has been scientifically proven that gay people are born that way, they don't have a choice but god did. If god made them to be this way, Why would he consider it a sin if that's what he wanted in that person. This in my opinion makes zero sense. with my reaserch I would like to share this with you, so here i am. Now I would like your appinions." The whole church started whispering when a teenager lifted his hand. I called on him.
"This honestly makes a lot of sense, i've been studying brain waves as a hobbie, and I studdy a gay persons brain pattern in the love aspect and the same with a straight person. His brain was diffrent, and he has no control over that. if god made him this way than this shouldn't be a sin." Everybody started to agree with me. Father Phelps walks up to the podium. "I will have to think about this one, thank you Y/N you may go sit down." I got up and walked to the seat next to Travis.
TIME SKIP
I was about to walk out the door when Travis stopped me. "Hey Y/N I have something I need to tell you, please come with me." He grabbed my hand when I nodded and said okay, He lead me to behind the church. "Y/N, I dont think my dad will accept it still, and I beleive he will still force me to be a jerk to gay people. Im sorry, But you made a good point, and I beleive that you are correct. But my dad would kill me if he found out I started being nice and accepting gay people before he can figure out what to do." "Im sorry for that, I'll wait for your kindness, but I have something to tell you."
"what is it?"
"Im friends with Sal and larry, They aren't gay last time i checked and they are pretty cool, I understand if your dad forces you to be rude to them, but please dont try to pull me away from them."
"I kinda figured you guys were friends. I dont mind, but I might still have to be rude until my did figures things out. If I dont well..." He paused and un covered his eye to show a bruse. "I'll probably get more of these from him."
I cover my mouth in shoke. "He.. He hits you?" Travis nodded. "If it gets any worse then brusies I will call the cops, I understand your situartion, one of my olf friends went through something like this. I get it if you dont want him to get in trouble. But if this gets worse I WILL call the cops. Understand?" He nodded again. I gave him a hug, "Im here for you Travis." I look at my watch. shit its already 3. i have 3 hours till my meet up with the boys. "Im sorry Travis I have to get going, I have plans at 6 and i have things to do before then."
"I understand have fun." He smiled at me. I chuckled. "I will. see you later travis." I turn around and start running towards the apartments.
