How are u? I hope you are fine, I was writing the next chapter and I thought of telling you about my shifting experience, because why not?
So, first of all I discovered shifting a couple of months ago (yeah I know it's super late ) and I always wanted to try it.
A lot of people think that shifting is like go into another dimension, into another body (or something like that), I sincerely believe that shifting is only a sort of lucid dream/self hypnosis with whom you can experience scenes of the movies/tv series that you always wanted to.
Anyway, I will tell you of my almost shifting to avatar. I tried a couple of times before this but only the first time I felt some "symptoms", the other times nothing at all.
A couple of weeks ago ai re-watched Avatar: the way of water, it was very late and I felt super sleepy and went to bed.
After only a couple of minutes I subconsciously tried one of the ways of shifting (the stairs method) but without listening to any music amd without script, I didn't even do it voluntary (my mind did it on its own).
Anyway after only 10/15 stairs I found some sort of tablet with an open chat.
I don't know why but I felt that the messages of that chat were sent by Neteyam.
After a couple of messages, he sent me " Are you ready? " (Of meeting him) and I don't know why I felt scared, not ready.
I knew in that moment that if I had answered "yes" I would have shifted and met him, it felt so real and the thought that the shifting thing was real scared me so I answered " no ", all the shifting symptoms immediately disappeared and I opened my eyes.
It was a crazy experience.
Weeks passed and I couldn't shifting of even have symptoms even if I tried a lot of times (with some days of break naturally)
