Long Time No See

I woke up in my bed the next morning wrapped in Henry's arms. This moment would be absolutely wonderful, if it wasn't 7:00 A.M. and if the sun wasn't shining bright through my window. Ugh. I look to Henry and see he's still asleep, I sigh closing my eyes and going back to sleep. Well trying to. Why is it so hard to try and go back to sleep once your already woken up? How did I even get woken up? Ugh. I sigh, once again and quietly slip out of Henry's arms.

I go to my bed room door and open it and slipping out, I decide to go check on Zach. I think it went good, but ya never know. I knock on his door lightly. He doesn't answer so I crack the door open, he's probably asleep. I see him with Taylor wrapped up in his arms. My face heats up and I smile. That's more like it! I quietly leave closing the door behind me. Now that I'm up I decide that I'm gonna go out for a run. Like always I pack a pair of clothes to take with me. I sneak out through the back door and I walk silently into the woods.

Then I shift. My bones cracking at the transformation. Zach was right it really doesn't hurt once you get use to it. I pick my bag up with my mouth, there's no other way to carry it, and I start running in wolf form. It feels good. I haven't ran in a while, I need to do this. My wolf smiles. Ahh. The fresh air is nice, and the sound of birds, and the warm spring weather is fantastic. I've been running for a while when suddenly I run into something. What the heck? I jerk backwards with a growl.

Then I see those bright green eyes that are unforgettable. Logan. I go behind a tree and quickly change and coming back out. He's leaned up against a tree with a smirk plastered on his face.

" It's been awhile." He says quietly. I nod, remembering the last time was when I left to the air port because of Henry.

" Yeah, it has. A lot has happened too. A lot." I say looking down, he nods.

" Well I've got a few hours." He smiles, I smile too.

Logan's the kind of person I can trust. For some reason, I don't like him in that way. He's just a good listener and a good friend. He's also very patient when I'm saying something. Like on the day of the party a long time ago. That seems like forever ago. We sit down against the tree just talking. I tell him everything from the surprise trip from Henry, to having two mates, to school, to my brothers and Taylor's problem and how there might be some hope. He listens the whole time like every other time. As I think about school, I haven't spoken to Chase in a long time either.

" Well go with Henry." He says, with a smile. " I'm team Henry." He says. I chuckle shaking my head.

" Wow, Logan." I say with a chuckle. He chuckles with a smile of his own.

" A lots happened with me too." He says with a smile. I raise an eyebrow.

" Like what?" I ask, intrigued. He smiles.

" Well I met this girl. She's human and she doesn't know about me and I, not sure if I should tell her. I think it'd ruin everything if I do but if I don't it will too." He says with a hard expression. I sigh with a frown.

" Oh well I'm happy. You should tell her before the big L word pops up." I say quietly, he nods in agreement.

" I know and I will. She's beautiful and I don't want to scare her away." He says quietly. I nod.

" Yeah, that wouldn't be good." I say in agreement. " What's her name?" I ask curiously. His lips turn up into a smile.

" Stella." He says with another smile. I smile happy for him.

" That's a very beautiful name." I reply. He nods.

" It is." He agrees.

We stay quiet for a couple minutes and I look around listening to the sounds of nature. It's beautiful. I hope it goes well for Stella and Logan. He seems to really like her and I hope it works out. I sigh knowing I should get back home.

" I should probably go." I say quietly. He nods.m

" Okay. Well I'll see you later." He smiles. I nod.

" Bye Logan." I reply.

He nods walking in the opposite direction. I take my clothes off putting the, in the bag and I quickly shift into my wolf. Then I grab my bag and start running back the way that I came. I wonder, how long have I been out here in the woods. Probably an hour, maybe two. La la la. When I get home I go straight up to the bathroom to take a shower. It's a quick shower but it feels great. Henry is still asleep and Zach and Taylor, I really don't know. Should I be worried? Nah. I decide to watch Netflix while I wait for Henry to wake up. I watch Icarly. I use to watch this show all the time. I smile and get settled beside Henry.

When I'm half way in the episode Henry stirs but doesn't wake. I sigh. This is going to be a long day, but on well. Thank God off Netflix and popcorn!
