There's something magical about the first few words of a book. Within those first few words holds the promise of an entire story, a story with the possibility to transform and inspire you.
My whole life has been one giant mission to find a story worth telling. And until now I had no such luck.
See the easy part about writing stories are the beginnings and the ends. Every writer knows where they want to start and where they want to end. However unless you have a story that means something to you, filling that vast space between opening and ending might prove to be a challenge.
Looking around my small apartment flat, there are multiple ideas and story lines, most have been forgotten or I had given up trying to make a story out of.
I realize how pathetic that sounds, trust me I do, a writer that can't even make up her own story.
Then one day while I sat listening to my aunt talk about when she was Young and wild that I realized just like her youthful summers I had my own set of wild adventures.
