After waking up I felt like something is gonna happen. I hurriedly got out of my bed and did my morning routine then got dressed. I can hear laughter erupting from the dining room. But as soon as I entered the dining area it stopped and I sighed. Now I have to tell my brother about yesterday's event. I joined them for breakfast. I know Daniel was not angry with me, cause he never gets angry with me. But he sure was curious about it. He asked me about the stuff I didn't tell the other students. I told him, that how his school's principal contacted me and requested our help. And the boy who got bullied is from our pack. Guessing from the situation I'm sure that he didn't tell his family about this. Or they simply don't care. And I genuinely hope that it's not the latter. Unfortunately, if it's the latter, then I would personally talk to his parents. The reason I didn't inform his parents either is because I think the boy's opinion also matters. I will take action according to him. If my warning doesn't help, then I will make sure the bully pays for his actions. I have gathered information about that Steve Boy and his minions. If they dare to harm that boy, I will deal with them myself. Daniel sighed after hearing this and said, " I feel guilty, I am in the same school. Still, I didn't know about any of this. If I had known,  I would have helped that boy earlier. That kid wouldn't have suffered anything like this, it's all my fault. I never paid attention to my surroundings". I held his hand and squeezed it, "It's not your fault little brother. You have been like this since the day you were born, you can't change your personality. And there is nothing wrong with being focused on your studies. You spend most of the time in the library when there's a free period. Don't think like that ok Daniel? The ones who are responsible are the ones who bullied him. And I'm gonna make sure they pay for what they did to that boy. So from now on, if anything happens inform me okay? He nodded. Then left for school.
        A few minutes later I walked into my office and mind-linked Elijah to meet me in my office. I want to share some information with him. Soon there was a knock on the office door, then he came in and took his seat. We talked about how we would take action against Steve if he still bullies our pack member. And I also told him about the situation at the borderline. We planned some strategies to locate our warriors in specific positions. It would help us in monitoring our surroundings well. We chatted a bit about random stuff, then he left my office to lead the pack members for a running session. I started with my laptop. Then completed some paperwork, and read some books.
                Now it was time for lunch, I left my office and joined my parents for lunch. While eating I glanced at my parents they still enjoy each other's company so much. Oh god, how I wish I had a mate by my side right now. I would wait for them. I trust the moon goddess. I would love to spend more time with them but I have to meet my friend today. His name is Magnus Ivanov and he's been my friend since middle school. Let me tell you guys, he's a warlock and prefers to hide this side of him. As you can guess, people always try to befriend him because of his ability. And trust me, guys I know how it feels when someone tries to befriend you just because of your abilities and status. I had this experience when I was approx 15 or something. And I also witnessed how it affects Magnus. That's why he tends to stay low-key.
    I grabbed my car keys and left for his house. It takes only 10 minutes to reach his house. Before I could ring the bell, the door swung open by my dear friend Magnus. He stepped aside to let me in. Soon I was hugged by Maria, Magnus's mom. She was so happy to meet me after 2 months. She treats me like her own son and she's a second mom to me. We chatted for some time and then she left to make some tea for me. Magnus started, "So how have you been, and how is your family"?" I'm good and they are also fine, I replied. Is there something bothering you buddy? I can tell by looking at your face that you are stressed about something. And whenever you look like this it has never been a good sign. So spill it already what is it"? The situation at the border of our pack is not good, there is something suspicious. Two days ago some rouges were wandering near our borderline. And the second more suspicious thing is, there was the smell of witches. The thing which confused me more is that they didn't try to cross the borders. This combination of witches and rouges is not something usual. I think they are planning something big this time, and I don't know what it is. I have so many questions and I need you to answer them for me. can you do that for me? he nodded. then I started with different kinds of questions like Could a witch control our mind? are they strong enough to defeat a pack of wolves? etc. he told me that they can't control the mind of a mentally resolved person, like me. And if the pack is united then they can't do shit to them. He further told me that in his area witches are not that powerful. But he will check if there is anything he can find. Soon we changed the topic and started our usual bickering. Maria came and sat beside me, Magnus got pissed cause she always takes my side. To be honest I felt relieved after talking to Magnus.
         Maria was insisting on having dinner with them but I refused politely. I bid them farewell and left their house. Getting in my car, I sped towards my home. When I reached home, I saw my father setting the plates on the dining table. I hurried to the kitchen and washed my hands. Then helped my mother with the food. I called my brother to eat. He came running downstairs and joined us. Daniel was looking very excited so I asked him what happened. He told me, I made a new friend at school. And he's not like my other friends. He's so different from the people we have ever met. I raised my brow. He continues, " He thanked me when I helped him today. Brother, he's the boy who got bullied by Steve and his friends. Today Steve tried to beat him in front of everyone in the school corridor. But luckily I heard that commotion and got there in time. Then at lunchtime, he reached out to me and thanked me again. But I told him not to do that again. We eat together and talked a bit. He's really shy. But brother, I think Steve is pissed at you cause you indirectly told him to stop bullying. That's why he tried to hurt Alexander again. What would you do now brother"? I told him that I will handle everything and that he doesn't have to worry about this. We all left the dining room after eating. I fell on my bed thinking about what to do. I will talk to Elijah tomorrow. Soon I drifted into a deep slumber.
