Unmei no Hito, My Fated One

Chapter 1 ~ A glimpse of my fate ~

  I felt the sun’s heat on my face as I walked, carefully following the trail. The trail was full of cherry blossom trees in their full splendour; their petals following the wind as they fell gracefully down to the ground bedded with lush green grass. It felt peaceful, I felt that I could go on walking following the path wherever it leads to.

Suddenly, I heard the sound of chimes , the felling petals increased as the sound played. Then I

Heard a lady’s voice, as soft as those chimes.

                         ~ Let’s begin!~

I heard her singing a song. It felt like a calling to me,  uring me to it. I ignored my surroundings and followed the voice.

                        ~ Am I a flower? ~

The cherry blossoms surrounding the straight path dropped their petals mercilessly. A ran to the voice for the fear of drowning in their pink colour.

                           ~ A butterfly? ~

The voice continued to trail  before me. My eyes never saw anything so beautiful. A field was before me! It was full of Yosei no Kagi (fairy key) flowers all of its different shades.I had a certain impulse to enter the field. I took three steps to towards the field, just as I was about to touch the field Agehas of all different colours and sizes appeared from the field.

                            ~ An ogre? ~

The agehas stopped appearing. The sky turned dark. The cherry blossoms ceased their fall. All was at a halt, as if it was anticipating a calamity.

   ~ A dashing rogue, the shine of a blade~

The whole fields had a spark of fire! People’s screams filled the air. All turned crimson with the flames. I heard galloping horses raiding across the field. My feet wouldn’t listen to my heed and I felt rooted to my spot while the scenery around me was in havoc.

                             ~ Please praise my efforts~

I stared helplessly as hundreds of horses galloped across the field but they seemed careful enough to not overrun me. It was as if they were protecting me. I suddenly heard voices saying “ESCAPE! ESCAPE! BEFORE HE CATHCHES YOU! GO!”. Then a black stallion galloped towards me and the rider grabbed my waist and hoisted me up to him. The man had worn a black armor encrusted with gold markings forming a symbol of a black dragon with dark emerald eyes that shone as if it was alive. The man drew me closer almost inches away from his face and whispered " Finally, you're mine. what belongs to me has finally returned " the voicesw rung in my head saying " RUN ESCAPE BEFORE HE MARKS YOU< HE WILL BIND YOU TO HIM FOREVER! YOU"LL BE TRAPPED IN UNBREAKABLE CHAINS! RUN!" I pushed his hands away as hard as I can scratching my hands through the armor in the process but to nno avail. He chuckled at my feat and only held me closer to his and whispered " you will never leave my side forever"

I listened to the voice calling when I was suddenly hit by a pillow wake up AYA!
