This is a story that has floated around in my head for a long time--since before the Tale of the Lost Agent Arc. Details have changed with time, but the premise remained the same. The time has come to write this down, rough and unpolished as it may be. Everything was written for my own sake, but, I hope you, Dear Reader, are able to find some modicum of enjoyment in this original tale involving Aizen Sousuke's past.
