'Ugh....I keep having these nightmares of him. Every time I lay down, just to close my eyes, I see him in my dreams. It's awful.' I thought to myself for the hundredth time that night. I got from the bed quietly, so I don't wake up Michael, who was sleeping peacefully on the other side of the bed. I quickly went across the hall to Jordan's room. He was sound asleep in crib; making the cutest noise ever. I watched him sleep for a little bit till I heard Michael getting up. "Baby, you ok ?" "I'll be fine. Really." "Ok. He's so beautiful, isn't he ? I'm so glad he's finally here." "Yea, me too. Are you up for the day ? " I asked softly as we left the his room. "Yea. I was never really asleep. I was watching over you last night. You don't sleep too well at night. Do you see him in your dreams ?" Michael asked. "Yea....I do. It seems like no matter what I do, I'm always reminded of him. I don't know how much more of this I can." "Aww baby. Come here. It's going to be ok. He's locked up where he should be. He won't hurt you any more. You should be happy. He's gone and we have a beautiful baby werewolf to start a family." "Yea. You're right. Thank you, Michael. I don't think I could've survived without you." "Aww sweet fang. It's my job to take care of you and Jordan." *kiss* "Now can you make me breakfast while I get ready for work ?" "Yea. What do you want ?" " Mmhhmm.....I think you know what I want, wolfy." Michael said; coming closer to me with a devilsh smile. "No. Maybe later. Hurry up and get dressed before you're late again." " Ok. Ok. I'll go." He quickly ran upstairs. I started making Michael's favorite breakfast. As soon as I was done, I heard Michael coming downstairs. "Guess who I met in our room ?" Michael asked; coming around the corner with Jordan in his arms. "I swear to the full moon, he's a little escape artist. Jordan, how do you get out of your cribe ?" I said; taking him from Michael, so he can eat. "The baby hungry, huh ?" I asked him. He smiled as a response. I put him in his high chair, grabbed his breakfast, and began feeding him. " Ok Jordan, here comes the airplane. Vroom. Vroom. Good boy." "God, I love you two. I hate to leave you guys behind, but you know how it is sometimes. Well, I gotta go. See ya later, champ." Michael said; picking him up and giving him a kiss. " Dada...dada.." Jordan said in his little voice. "Yea, son. See you in a little bit, darling." He kissed me on the cheek. "Bye Michael." At that, he poofed into a bat and flew off. After Michael left, I finished feeding Jordan and put him in one of those walker things, so he could roll around the living room while I cleaned up a little.
*Ring Ring*
"Hello ?" I answered. "Hi Luna. It's your mama." "Mama, I know it's you. You don't have to say who it is." "I know. I was calling to ask if you want to come over. I wanna see my little grandwolf." She said with excitment in her voice. "Uhh...sure. When do you want us to come over ?" "Whenever. I'll be here all day." "Ok, we'll be there this afternoon." "Great. See you in a little bit." Click. Just as I was about to find Jordan the phone rang again. "Hello ?" "What's up, Luna ?" " Hey Janet. What's up with you ?" "Pretty good. Do you have Jordan with you today or did Mike take him to the studio again ?" Janet asked. "No. I have him toady. Why ? What's up ?" "Well, some of the other kids will be over here at my house for a little playdate and they wanted to know if Jordan could come, I mean if it's alright with you." "Yea. It's ok. What time is it ?" " This afternoon at 3." " Ok. We'll come. We just have to do a few things first, ok ?" "That's cool and thanks, Luna." "No problem. See ya later." "Ok. Bye." Click. "Jordan ? Jordan, you have playdate today, but we have go vist grandma first." He wagged his tail as a response. I took him upstairs to get him ready. I put a oneies that said 'Bad to the Bone' on the front. Then I got dressed. It wasn't much just a red top with some skinny jeans, boots and a black jacket. I collected Jordan and his stuff and got into the car. We were at Mama"s house in 10 minutes flat. We didn't even make it out of the car before Mama came and got Jordan. "Hi Jordan. How's my little grand werewolf doing ? Ken, look who's here ?!" Mama called out. Daddy came downstairs with a big smile on his face. "How's my little boy doing ?" He boomed. Jordan just smiled and wagged his tail. "Luna, how have you been since the..whole...incident thing ?" Daddy asked. "Ha. Not easy at all. My doctor said I'm doing a lot better than when I first came in, but it's still hard. I don't know what I'm gonna say when Jordan asks who Brandon is." I said. "You'll find something to say. Here Jordan, look at the ball." Mama said; holding up a tennis ball. Jordan's eyes got big and was so focused on that ball that nothing else in the room even mattered. Mama rolled it and Jordan went after it and brought it back. For the next hour and half , we just talked and watched Jordan play with the ball. "Ok, Jordan. It's time to go." "Do you have have to leave already ?" Mama asked. "Yea. He has a playdate over at Janet's, so come on, buddy." We got back in the car and headed to Janet's place on the other side of town. When we arrived, Janet, Rebbie, and Jackie were outside watch the kids play. "Hey guys." I said. " You made it, Luna. Hey Jordan. How's it going ?" Janet asked. "He's happy as a dog with a bone. Go on, Jordan play with your cousins. They miss you." I said; nudging him to them. "Come on, Jordan. Come play with us." One of Rebbie's kids yelled. After a little coaxing, he finally went out there and played around. They would run up and down the yard. Jordan out ran all of them. " So how have you been ? Michael kida told me everything." Jackie asked. "It's hard. I can't even do anything without him popping up in my head. I think Jordan might sense it from me." I answered. "Well, at least you don't have worry about him anymore. He's locked up with no chances of escaping." "Yea. That's the same thing Michael said too." The whole afternoon we spent at Janet's house. "Let's go, Jordan. Daddy will be home soon." I said; picking him up. "Dada." "Yea, buddy. He'll be home soon. Say bye to everybody." He waved bye to everyone. We got back into the car and drove back home. Once we got home, Michael was already home. "Hey honey, hey son. How was your day ?" He asked; holding Jordan. "It was ok. He went over to Mama's and Janet's, so he should sleep like a baby tonight." "Ha. Ha. I hate to say this, but it's not over yet. I have to give a perfomance tonight and a few people asked if I could bring him." "*sigh* ok. When is it ?" "At 8. So let's get ready."
