CHILD OF PROPHESY

CHAPTER 1

Narrator's POV

There was a girl sitting in a garden just in front of their house on a small stool painting. She had black hair with some blonde stripes, big doe brown eyes with long thick eyelashes, a pointy small nose, pink plump lips and a perfectly round face, she had that cute grin that everybody liked, she had a slim body with perfect curves in the right places.

She was what everyone called a "perfect girl", always smiling and so genuine, she was a real sunshine that shone.

While painting there came another girl in the garden who was tall with a slender slim body with small amber cat eyes and long eyelashes, an oval shaped face and always with an evil smirk on her face, she went closer to the painting girl looking at her perfectly manicured nails.

Ana's POV

I was sitting in the garden painting an image of my dream the previous day,it was really fierce! I had seen a wolf family attacked and running in a dark forest then only the baby wolf survived.

"Again you're painting those nonsense!" My annoying sister shouted at me.
"No,this isn't nonsense." I answered as humbly as I could.
"Then what is it?" She asked arrogantly.
"Being unable to explain doesn't mean it doesn't have a meaning and I know what I saw." I answered with some seriousness.
"So you believe that those things exist?"
"I don't know but somehow." I said without turning to look at her.
"Ana you should stop wasting time we've got much to do."
"I know but unless I finish I won't leave." I said and continued painting.
Annoyed and ashamed she left me in peace and went in the house where mom was sitting, watching a9 TV.

"Whats' the matter baby?" Mom asked her stopping the movie to listen to her.
"Ana has gone to the garden again and refused to come and help me."
"See Elvine, I know she is sturbon but she is your loving sister. Another thing ,you know that if she doesn't want then she can't, nothing more. "
Mom turned back to the TV and continued watching.

I finished painting and packed my stuff and went to keep them in the house.

THE NEXT DAY

We were in the car ready for school and I got a call.
"Hello!"
"Morning, did you finish?"
"Oh! Sorry I forgot but I will send it after class"
"Can you use a low voice, don't you see that you are too loud?" My sister claimed.
"I promise by this evening I will be done, thanks!" I ended the call.

Elvine sat waiting for a single reaction of mine on what she had just done but I knew it could be a reason for her to blame me and say how bad I am. This is not a sister maybe a temptation!

Later we reached the school and we went separetely as usual. Elvine went to meet her friends Ciara and Delice and went to sit in their places.
I also came in class, sat in my place and took a pencil and rubber then I continued designing the card I had not finished and had to give it away.

Elvine's POV

"How was the weekend ? Did you attend the party?" Ciara asked.
"Of course it was fantastic but drinks were a bit few!" Said Delice with a smile as she remembered the event.
"I also had a good time but you know that she is always in my ways." I expressed my anger.
"Did she come to the party?" Delice asked.
"No. But I was talking to Drake and he started asking me about her, why she didn't come to the party, if she is ok and many other things as if I am her babysitter!" I said.
"I think she shouldn't be much for you Elvine!" Ciara said.
"Like how?" I asked.
As we continued, Drake entered. He was tall about 6'3 with blond hair and electric blue eyes, his skin was tanned, with small red lips.
He was wearing black pants, a black t-shirt., a dark brown Luis vuitton coat and black JS, he had a chanel silver chain on his neck and a black Gucci bag on his shoulder and had that devilish smile on his face making all other girls start to giggle and whisper to each other.

He went and sat in his place parallel to Ana and I on his left. I could take periods admiring him but he also took them admiring a window then i later learned that he was staring at Ana multiplying my hatred for my own sister though I feel no blame on me.
Ana was also busy drawing and admiring her drawings.
How will I even get a moment of happiness not interrupted by this girl! Everyone loves her more than me yet she cares only about her paints!
She is dad's favourite, she is the one they love here yet I have no rich guy who wants me and I can't fall for a poor guy...Delice interrupted me angrily.
"You should stop those flights, do you know that you are in class!"
"I am sorry ."
"You should not show everyone that you have feelings for him so that you don't destroy our plans understood?"
I took my book and continued reading seriously but still thinking about my Drake.

Drake's POV

I had never wished a girl to talk to me before because all of them brought them selves because of my status and pockets but Ana is different! Only her never even want to look at me or talk to me as others do! She is not a rich kid but she is beautiful and admirable.

I wish I could tell her how much I love her but i know we can become real enemies for the rest of our lives! She helps everyone in need but when it comes to relationships she changes the personalityin that very second, she is the only girl who does not attend our parties and is not interested in anything at all except her paints.
Ana stood up and took the card she had been working upon to the owner.

Narrator's POV

At home the night was as usual everyone was asleep. Elvine woke up and went to the toilet.

"First tell me how we shall do this for two children plus." She heard her mother's voice.
"I think that is not a hard thing to do. We can manage sweetheart." Her dad said.
"Ok first of all tell me why you insist thet she should stay here." The mother said.
"Ana is my responsibility becauseher mother left her in my care and that's it, I guess i can sleep now." Her father said.
There ws silence for some seconds.
"Do you think we will manage to live the happy life that you said with many children?" The mother finally asked.
"I think this is not a good time for such a conversation. I am tired." The father responded.

Elvine had been hearing the conversation and she then went to sleep wondering about what she heard.
The next morning ghey woke up es usaul and while dressing they started talking.

"I had a fantastic night!" Elvine said with a suspicious smile on a half of her face.
"Sounds great! Mine was ss usual, full of nightmares and many other things." Ana answered with no emotions on her face.
I feel hungrier than ever. Did you prepare breakfast?" Elvine asked.
"That's none of my business, there are people who are paid to do that work i think." Ana said heading to the dining room

Ana's POV

This girl always treats meas if I am not a member of this family. I have my rights and I know being kind makes people undervalue you.I never wish to see anyone unhappy but one day I may loose my temper due to these attacks of Elvine.

My dream today was of two wolves happy together running and playing in a cool and peaceful forestand they later transformed into humans! I could hardly see their faces but it was a boy and a girl. They were behaving as a coupleand a happy one.
It was good but I don't know who they were, do really shape-shifting exist?!

I looked on my watch and found that it was time to leave and I went. I could not wait for Elvine's driver I took my bicycle and went to school then I went in class.

Later Elvine came in with her friendsand they were staring at me. I then knew they were speaking about me and though I am curious to know what they were saying, I pretended not to care as I usually did.

Elvine's POV

I was sitting with my friends and trying to get the gaze of Drake where he as sitting also with other cool guys.

"I think I have news about something new!" I announced to the two.
"Oh! What's that? Is it a party?" Ciara asked with excitement.

"I heard that Ana is not my biological sister, she as just brought home by my dad but I am not related to her really." I said with a smile to express my happiness.
"That's amazing. Then I have a plan to kick her out of your way easily." Delice said.
"Like how? She is a permanent threate to me I wish to have such opportunity." I asked determinedly.
"Here, we will use Drake coz you ,now she is his weakness and that will allow us to use him and you will be the one to involve him." Delice explained. 

"How will I?" I asked curiously.
