Summary

Everything is well! (I swear)

Soon, rain started to pour from the sky. Its drops simply phased through Scar and Jellie, but Other Scar deployed the umbrella and Other Jellie stuck very close to him. They slowly walked the streets of the city.

"This rain is quite nice," Other Scar smiled. A meow from the cat said that she didn't agree. "Oh, it's not that bad." He laughed.

A feeling of uneasiness spread throughout Scar as they walked. If the earlier card felt like the end, this felt like it ten times over. Other Scar was so happy and carefree in the downpour. And the scenery...It started to feel more familiar as they walked. If Jellie felt the same, she said nothing.

They took a left, walked three blocks, a right, four more blocks, down an alley then continue for six more blocks, check the map to know if you're in the right place, another left, straight, left, straight, straight, right.

Then there it was. They were walking on the sidewalk across from the apartments. Other Scar quickly looked left and right before stepping off the sidewalk. The rain froze, and he froze mid-step. The card sat right behind him.

Scar holds a suddenly-yellow umbrella with a smile, happily walking forward. XIX, 'THE SUN'. It sparkles, an invitation.

"I don't want to touch it," Scar whispered.

Jellie sticks close to him. "I don't really want to either, but we have to."

"But something bad's going to happen, I know it! Let's just stay here, I'm sure there's a way to rewind everything."

"Scar, we have to move on. We don't control this dimension, this world. There is no going back."

"Well, we haven't tried, have we? Maybe, oh this isn't what I do..."

"Have fun doing that, I'm touching the card." Jellie huffed before turning and walking towards the card. Scar didn't allow that, he lunged forward and picked up the talking cat. She hisses and thrashes.

"I can't let you do this!"

"Be reasonable, Scar!" She hissed, scratching Scar's hands. He dropped her and ran to the card, skidding over it with her momentum.
