"I can't believe your moving out Coraline, only yesterday you were a baby." I scoffed.Mom we have all known this was coming for a while.I laughed. "She has a point dear" I heard my father add on in excitement.everyone had seemed to be happy about me moving out but my younger sister Callie. As soon I'd left the house with my last box of clothes to put into my car,Memories from "the other mother" got me thinking.I felt a shiver travel through my spine as I looked at the house I'd seen in two different worlds and wondered if it was safe for Callie.I'm sure the witch couldn't re-open the door without a key...right?

Callie's pov-
Finally my annoying older sister is gone!the big room all to myself.I whispered in excitement as I watched her drive off.I did wonder who was going to be there for me to annoy though.mom is always at work and dads always presenting a new project to his colleagues.I walked into the same room if previously went in to annoy my sister,it was empty.same bed frame.same window.no Coraline.no trace of her to be seen.I decided to look out of the window that was now classed as mine and wondered how many people have lived here In the past and got to see this amazing view.
4mins later-
you know what I'm going to go get some of my things and put them in my room.as I walked there I felt a sharp stab and I looked at my sock and my foot was bleeding,Owch what was that I exclaimed as I looked down.A letter In between the floor boards must of been mum by accident I rolled my eyes.I took my favourite blanket and pillow along with the letter into my room, gosh it feels so good saying that.I leaned the pillow against the bed frame and covered myself with my favourite blanket I looked at the letter,it says my name Callie jones.who could this be from?I began to pick at the smooth pink envelope wondering what it was about,I opened it and pulled out a very heavy piece of paper,I unfolded it as a key dropped out.what's this?it kind of looks like a button.I felt as if someone was watching me doing this,my mom standing in the hallway "that key looks oddly familiar,I think Coroline must of forgot to take it." I don't think so mom it's got my name on the envelope it came in "when'd you get this" mom looked puzzled so I figured this wasn't a joke. I found it it was in-between the floor boards. "It's probably just Coroline messing with you."my mom laughed and walked off.I looked at the key and then the letter, this isn't Coraline's handwriting I thought as I started to read the letter out loud.

To dearest Callie,I have given you this key to take care of as it belongs in your part of the house,it belongs to a small papered door but only at night, but be careful you may receive a fright,if you don't treat this opportunity right-your others.

What do they mean only at night?where is this door?your others?opportunity what opportunity?
I placed the letter down wondering who had wrote it.

The letter kept me up that night, laying there my mind kept repetitively thinking door.door door door.small and papered?the living room has a door like that,I started to walk down my stairs wondering if I'd cracked what I'm looking for.holding the key I compared it to the door.this is it.this the small papered door.I slowly put in the key I wondered what would be awaiting me.
As I opened it I saw a tunnel it was glowing like a portal from a film.I shut it worrying about what it was.
