Chapter 4 - Make-Ups

Chloe and Max had been more intimate than usual as Max felt he needed to make it up to Chloe, he loved her and nothing was going to change that. That morning Chloe and Max were in bed together and he was kissing her "I'm sorry for what happened?" Chloe grinned "I know, but shut up" Max smirked and kissed her again.

Charlotte and Tom were being distant with each other, since the day when Chloe slapped her and Max punched Tom Charlotte hadn't spoken to Chloe, it was the same with Tom and Max. Charlotte missed Chloe but she didn't know what to say.

Aubree and Isla had gone away with Rachel for a few days to see Chloe's Gran (Rachel's Mum). Chloe went downstairs and flopped down on the sofa, Max had kept her up all night, she was falling asleep when Max came down "tired?" Chloe glared "you know I am" Max smirked "early night?" Chloe rolled her eyes "I will be having an early night but not while you're in the bed" Max pulled Chloe from the sofa and kissed her "you're all mine".

Charlotte watched as Tom walked out the house and she sighed, she knew things were tense between them but she loved him too bits. She looked at Lillie who had fallen asleep and Taitlyn who was playing with her toys "Tails I love you" Taitlyn giggled "love you Mummy".

Chloe was in school with Max as she was training to be a teacher "so you'll be my husband and my boss, that I can't handle" Max smirked "I'll have to be extra nice to you then" Chloe grinned "wow Mr Tyler" Max was about to speak when the door opened and Tom walked in "I hope you two are happy, Charlotte hates me" Chloe frowned "Tom?" Tom walked out ignoring Chloe "we need to do something" Max nodded "I'll go talk to Charlotte and you talk to Tom" Chloe grinned "let's go".

Max arrived at Charlotte's and sighed, he walked up the path and knocked the door. When she answered he gave a small smile "Max, what are you doing here?" Max sighed "we need to talk" Charlotte invited him in "what's this about?" Max sighed "what happened the other day was a mistake, I've apologised to Chloe and now I need to apologise to you" Charlotte smiled "thanks Max" Max nodded "as for Tom, you need to make the relationship work, I know what it's like to be away from the one you love and it's not good" Charlotte sighed "I know, I love Tom too bits but things are tense" Max smiled "maybe go to a restaurant and see what happens" Charlotte nodded "thanks Max". Max left and sent a text to Chloe -

Max - Tell Tom to meet Charlotte in the restaurant by the beach.

Chloe went into Tom's class "Tom, I'm sorry about what happened?" Tom looked up "I know" Chloe smiled "will you meet Charlotte in the restaurant by the beach?" Tom sighed "I don't know" Chloe frowned "Tom, she loves you and it kills her when you're apart, meet her there please" Tom nodded "okay" Chloe grinned "thanks Tom". Chloe left the office and text Max back -

Chloe - We're on

Chloe grinned and went back to Max's office to wait for him. When he returned Chloe stood from the desk and walked over to him "you're amazing" Max smirked and kissed her.

A Few Hours Later

Charlotte went to the restaurant and waited for Tom. When he arrived he looked smart "thanks for coming" Tom smiled "I wouldn't be anywhere else" Charlotte and Tom sat down and he took her hand "Max convinced me to set all this up" Tom grinned "Chloe convinced me to come" Charlotte laughed "wow, I think they're trying to set us up again" Tom smiled "remind me to thank them" Charlotte grinned "I will".

Chloe and Max had just eaten and Chloe sat on the sofa just as her phone went off, looking she saw a text from Charlotte -

Lottie - Thank you Chloe, I appreciate what you did Xx

Chloe - No problem, I love too help you Xx

Lottie - :) you're my best friend and I love you Xx

Chloe - hehe, go + enjoy your night Xx

Lottie - Hehe, I will Xx

Chloe grinned at the text messages, she loved when her best friend and she hoped they would never fall out again.

Charlotte and Tom had just returned home and Tom pushed her onto the sofa "Tom, this is too risky" Tom smirked "oh well" Charlote grinned and pulled Tom on top of her.

Eddie pulled up outside of Charlotte and Tom's, he saw they were in and he went to look through the window and what he saw made him pale and grin at the same time, they were at it but as long as they were happy he didn't mind.

Chloe had just left the bathroom after having a hot shower and she walked into the bedroom as Max came up behind her "amazing" Chloe grinned and turned to him "what's amazing?" Max smirked "you standing there wearing hardly anything" Chloe grinned as Max pushed her over to the bed and started kissing her "again Max?" Max nodded "of course, Chloe you know that I love being in bed with you" Chloe rolled her eyes as Max began kissing her again "I love you" Chloe grinned "love you too".
