My alarm clock went off at 6 am sharp, like always. I rolled out of bed and into my bathroom.
Once I was finished with my morning routine I went to my closet and picked out a pair of light, pale blue jeans with a white spaghetti strap tank top and a light tan knit sweater.I put on her light pink slip on shoes and made my way to the kitchen for breakfast.
"Good morning dear, how'd you sleep?" Asked Rosa, the family housekeeper.
"Fine. I'm still kinda tired though." I mumbled. I'd known Rosa pretty much my whole life. Rosa was more of a mom to me than my own mother.
My parents were always at work or on business trips so it was nice to have someone with me in the huge house.
"Here have some coffee" said the housekeeper as she set down a mug of hot, black coffee and placed some scrambled eggs and toast next to it.
"Thanks." I didn't talk much in the morning, I wasn't really a morning person.

"Are you driving yourself or is Chris coming to take you to school?" Rosa asked.
"I'm driving myself, Chris is at the dentist." At least that's what he said.
Chris was my boyfriend and he'd been acting kind of suspicious lately.
Like not letting me see his phone or suddenly cancelling our dates and stuff.
After grabbing my keys and backpack I left the house, got in my car and went to hell...I mean school.
