AMY

"Aren't you excited?" Ashley, my bestie, asked

"Yeah..." I said, nervous

"Ugh! You don't have to feel like that! You'll meet new friends in the most famous technology company, "Technical Techniques", what bad thing could happen? Maybe you'll have the chance to meet the love of your life!"

I got the highest grades in the university, enough to get to a good company. Some people told me, in a few weeks, you can gain 20.000$ ! However, you can only gain that much money if you work hard and create a project that could change the world. I don't think I'm that good at making robots or tablets, but, that doesn't mean I'm the worst, right?

Anyways, I took the bus, which was completely full. I saw a handsome guy. He had blue eyes, with brown straight short hair. He was kinda tall and he had natural blond highlights. Californian highlights, my favorites. I stared at him, until he looked at me and noticed. I looked away, he rolled his eyes. A slight blush came out of my cheeks. I hope he doesn't find out I think he's cute! Well, after twenty minutes, it was my stop. Turns out it was also he's.

"I'm sorry!" I apologized 'cause I bumped into him

"No problem!" He smiled.

OMG, HE HAS THE PRETTIEST SMILE EVER! It also turns out he was also going to that company! My lucky day...is not today.

"Is it your first day too?" I asked him

"Maybe..." He was a bit shy

"What's your name?" I also asked

"Ryan, but I stand as Ryn, that's how my friends call me" He answered

"Wait..." I realized something "You're Ryan! The guy who's going to the same reunion at the same time and place as me!"

"And you are..."

"Amy, I have NO nicknames, my name's too short to have one"

We were both guided by a man in a black suit. He had a black beard, and his hair was as short af. He wasn't that tall as I expected. We entered to a room where it was supposed to be the reunion. A woman and a man were waiting for us.

"Good morning, workers" The woman said, she was British "I've heard great things about both of you. Come here, sit in these comfortable chairs."

"Well, let's start the reunion" The man was Irish, I could barely understand him "Our names are Bridgette and Jeff, I hope we can hangout soon after this reunion"
The reunion was AN HOUR long. I mean, I don't care how long the reunion is, I just don't want to loose time. I hate wasting time. I hope I get the job.

"Are you nervous about something?" Ryan said, he noticed my shaking hands

"No..." I lied "W-why did you ask?"

Ryn chuckled, he has a handsome laughter. I got hypnotized by his smile. The wind made his hair move, it looked like a romantic scene in a movie. Looking at him became one of my hobbies.

"You liar!" Ryan hit my elbow with his "Friends don't lie!"

I noticed Ryn gained trust as time passes by. Now, I already have a friend in this company. I guess I'll stay in this company, right? Ryan and I went to the building's cafeteria. I ordered a cappuccino and a white chocolate croissant. My friend Ryan ordered a decaf coffee and a pretzel.

"You like those?" I said, pointing at his pretzel

"You don't?" He looked at me, with a confused face

"I just don't find it tasty" I answered

We chose a table and we sat on the chairs. As we ate, Ryan told me some anecdotes about his Biology teacher. One day, his teacher entered the classroom shouting words in Chinese. Only a student could understand him, he had a shocked face. What the teacher actually said was "shitty shit" in that language. I laughed a lot. That teacher might have a problem in his brain.

We finished and exited the room. It was twelve A.M. It was time for me to go, I had a celebration of having the chance to reunite in this awesome company.

"Hey, I'm sorry to say this, but I gotta go, see u tomorrow, probably!" I told him

"No worries! Bye!" He answered

I felt bad when I was outside the skyscraper. Maybe it was because I was worried of not being accepted in that awesome company. Obviously, it wasn't because I left Ryan behind. It wasn't. It probably wasn't . Maybe it wasn't. Shit. It was.

RYAN

Don't be shy with others. That's what I told myself before going out of my apartment. My old social anxiety it's still with me, unfortunately. When I was thirteen, I realised I had that condition. I tried not to relate with anyone. I'm over it now, thanks to therapy sessions, but it stills catches me sometimes. Anyways, I at least t have friends, something is something. Sometimes, I'm so nervous I can hear my heart beating of nervousness. My mother cooked me my favourite bagels, delicious! I took some cash and went out of my house I took the elevator/lift. A few minutes later, I was already next to the bus stop. I took the bus. A few minutes later a girl with cherry pink hair with pink highlights sat in a seat. She had wavy hair, she was kinda tall, not as tall as me, but, tall. She had midnight blue eyes and some freckles. She was cute though...WAIT, NAH UH, I DIDN'T THINK THAT, NOPE. Okay, I did. But, I don't wanna fall in love again. Going out with someone is not as good as it seems. After the break up, you feel empty, your heart is full of sadness, everything's grey. Nah, for me, all that darkness went out of my body after three months. I was the one who broke up with her, so...Anyways, I realised she was staring at me so I looked at her. I hope she noticed my little smirk. She looked away. I rolled my eyes. I noticed her slight blush. These situations are embarrassing. So embarrassing, I wanted to just disappear. It was finally my stop. Like, how slow can this bus driver drive? It was also her stop. Okay, calm down, inhale, exhale. I was so into my thoughts I bumped into her.

"Sorry!" She apologised, looking away

"No problem!" I tried to give a first good impression to her
