The clock ticked ominously as Jackson and I sat together in his cozy apartment, while Zheyuan, Bambam, Akari, Yeona, and Hana were in another room, giving us a moment of privacy. The fairy lights I'd strung up in Jackson's apartment added a cozy glow.  The soft glow of the fairy lights I had bought for him cast a warm ambiance over the room, creating an intimate setting as we settled into plush cushions on the floor.

Reminiscing about our childhood, we shared stories of mischief and laughter, our voices mingling with the gentle hum of background music. Each memory brought a wave of nostalgia, reinforcing the unbreakable bond between us.

As the conversation turned serious, nervous anticipation settled over us like a heavy blanket. Jackson and I exchanged worried glances, our fingers tapping anxiously on our phones, the weight of our impending announcement hanging in the air.

"What if the fans don't react well?" I voiced the fear that had been gnawing at us both, my voice barely above a whisper.

Jackson reached out, his hand finding mine in a reassuring grip. "We've got each other, meimei. And we know our true fans will support us, no matter what." He tells me. It was moments like these that reminded Jackson and me of the strength of our bond and the unwavering support of our inner circle.

But amidst the camaraderie, we couldn't shake the lingering doubts that plagued us. "Remember that time we almost got caught at the awards show after-party?" I chuckled, trying to lighten the mood as we recalled a particularly close call.

Jackson laughed, the sound rich and full-bodied, a testament to our shared history. "I thought we were done for when that reporter started asking about our 'uncanny resemblance.' Thank goodness for quick thinking and a well-timed distraction."

As the conversation drifted to media speculation, Jackson and I exchanged knowing looks, our eyes speaking volumes even as our lips remained sealed. "Did you see the latest rumors about us?" Jackson asked, scrolling through his phone to find the latest gossip articles.

I rolled my eyes, a hint of frustration creeping into my voice. "I swear, the tabloids will believe anything. First, it was rumors about my dating life, and now they're speculating about our relationship as siblings. It's ridiculous."

But amidst the chaos of media scrutiny, Jackson and I found solace in each other's unwavering support. We shared last-minute doubts and fears, reassuring each other that we were in this together, no matter what.

"We can do this." I said, my voice filled with determination as I glanced at Jackson, a flicker of uncertainty in my eyes. "We've kept our secret for this long. It's time to share our truth with the world."
