I've decided to keep a journal of all the happenings on Sodor, my sister gave this to me a couple of years back and I had never really used it, so I decided it was time to change that. Anyway, my name is Cooper Steel, I'm a steam engine driver on the Island of Sodor who mainly works on the Mainline but I do work on the Branch lines on days when there are no other drivers to handle a shift, I enjoy my work as a driver and I've become quite close with a few of the other crews and engines of the island. There's been a lot going on with the News on both Sodor and Britain itself, apparently there are rumors that a former disgraced nuclear physicist from the Soviet Union gone rogue called Yuri Kravchenko, has resurfaced in Russia with a desire for domination and to bring back the USSR. For now, it seems that everything is going well for Sodor, we have a lot of passengers and goods work to keep us busy and overall, Sodor was doing well, however we were all worried about this new situation arising in Russia, people, crews and engines alike are constantly debating about what should be done about it and if we should run while we have the chance or attack Russia before something happens.
