Ch.4

Maria

I woke up and i felt like i couldn't breathe. I tried breathing but my nose was stuffed. My throat was itchy so i tried coughing but it hurt because it's dry. I got out of bed and did my hygiene. I looked in the mirror and my face was red. I washed my face with cold water because my face was hot. I walked downstairs wrapped in a blanket because I was cold. "baby girl why u not dressed?" my dad asked coming up to me. I tried talking but my throat was dry & hoarse. "Go lay back down and i will bring u some hot tea and soup." he said.

I nodded and went back upstairs. I closed the air vent & got back in bed turning the tv to bet and they was playing a marathon of The Parkers (my fav show). I watched that until my dad came. I heard a knock on the door and i said come in as the best way i could. "what happened sis?" jaylin asked. "Idk i just woke up & i was sick all of a sudden." i said. "Well ima tell char & chad that u not coming to school today." he said. "okay give me a hug bruh" i said trying to hug him. "nahh u tryna get me sick." he said. "Get out" i said laughing. "kay see ya lata" he said. He gave me a kiss on the cheek and walked out shutting my door.

A little while later my dad came in with a tray of hot tea and soup with crackers and fruit. "i want u to drink all this tea. It will help you with ur nose and throat and also take some medicine i got for u" he said sitting the medicine on my night stand. "okay daddy i gotchu" i said. "me and your mom gotta work. you gonna be okay by yourself?" he asked. "yea i bet char gon skip school to be with me" i said. "well ima let her parents know so they won't be worried" he said. He gave me a kiss on my forehead and my mom came in and hugged me. "when i get back we gon watch movies and just chill" she said smiling. "kay mommy" i said. They left and i ate my soup and fruit.

A little while later my phone ringed and it was char. "hello?" i said. "don't worry girl i'm coming over" she said. "okay well the key is under the mat cuz i'm not walking down them stairs." i said "i know wit yo lazy self" she said. "u should already know by now." i said laughing. "i know im on my way." she said. I said okay and hung up. A few minutes late i heard char walking upstairs and she busted through my door. "hey bestfriend!" she said taking her shoes off and getting in bed with me.

I nodded and continued drinking my tea. "i'ma sit here alllll day with my best friend so she won't be alone." she said smiling in my face. I just laughed at her weird self. She knows how to cheer me up all the time. "Im bout to take a nap after i take this medicine so u can join me or do whatever u want." i said. "ima take a nap too cuz its too early for me" she said laying down. I took my medicine and laid down too. Next thing you know we were fast asleep.

Jaylin

I was walking down the hallway from my locker and I spotted brianna all up in chad face. "why u still trying to talk to me when you just got beat up by my girlfriend yesterday?" he asked her. "she ain't here today so why does it matter?" she asked. "It does matter because i don't want you. My heart belongs to maria and maria only so get out my face before i make you." he said with a mad look on his face. I walked up behind her and only chad saw me. "brianna i think you should leave..Obviously no one wants you." i said. "pshh whatever you say that now..Just wait when your precious girlfriends are gone you'll be begging to be with me." she said smirking walking away trying to sway her hips. I repeat TRYING with her saggy miley cyrus booty hanging out her shorts. Just pure thotness right there.

I shook my head. "man it's like she won't leave us alone" chad said. "i know and what she mean when char and maria gone. She betta not be planning nothing cuz i will kill her myself when it comes to char and my sister." i said. "she ain't gon do nothing." chad said. "mmh ion trust that trick but keep yo eyes open and don't trust nobody in this school cuz anybody could be planning with her." i said. "okay i gotchu" chad said. "ok now lets get to class" i said. We split up and went to our classes.
