--Bell rings--
It was lunchtime and everyone moved about cruising their way towards the cafeteria. To some people, it was the heaven of food. Those were the poor people who managed to enter the school by passing the entry exam. To others, it was just another normal meal. These were the rich, snobby, kids that have too much money to even know what to spend it on. Hiromi was one of them, but she was different than them."Ahh," right next to Hiromi was her friend Yumi, "Mr. Azuma was so mean today." She had such a sour look on her face. It was as though she had eaten a raw lemon and couldn't spit it out.
Fujimoto Yumi, she is known to be a vivacious kind of girl. Heir to the Fujimoto company, she is one of the most popular girls in school. She is beautiful with her long curly blonde hair all tied up in a ponytail. Her side bangs give her a diva style. Her eyes were as blue as the sky. It was her habit to hang around Hiromi until class started again. You could say she is one of Hiromi's closest friends.
"There's no way around it," Hiromi eats ever so elegantly, "Mr. Azuma knows what's best for us." As the two eat their bentos at their desks, some guys inched themselves closer and closer to the girls. Hiromi has a sharp eye and glares at the boys. They scurried far away.
Yumi looks where the boys would've been. "Sometimes, people don't change like how you would like them to change," She looks over to another boy who was sitting in a desk closer to the door, "and there are times where that is okay with me." She looks at him in awe, as though she was dating him.
"Yumi," Hiromi wipes her mouth gently, "You're drooling all over the place," She wipes Yumi's drool, "You don't want to show Hayato that you're a slob."
Nishimura Hayato, the most popular guy in the school. He won best dressed; best hair; best smile; anything that you could think of. However, he could never win against Hiromi in any competition. If Hiromi had entered it, Hayato would most likely enter it too. These two were rivals. One of the biggest rivalry in the nation were their fathers, so it was likely that the two would also be rivals.
"Thank you Hiromi," Yumi gathers up her bento and moves her desk back to where it was before. Hiromi looks out the window she sat next to. What a beautiful day. Too bad these people can't enjoy it. She gathers up her bento and puts it away. Class was about to start again.
